@bt_uk just getting into #Montalbano mood and TV freezes up. Remote control not working so panic stations. Wait a minute we have @FreeviewTV quick switch over and yippee brilliant picture and sound quality. Must use this more often.

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@swfcsc It’s defo them that’s caused it along with @btsport paying stupid money for rights to watch it also fans that pay over the odds regardless what they charge ...footballers on stupid wages needs capping at the top I mean paying people 10-30 grand a week should be very top wage !

@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

@bt_uk wondering if you can help, had the engineer install FTTP today, but its not working, he said fault is at the exchange. Landline phone no longer works, existing broadband crippled speeds + keeps dropping out. sent text to 61998 but have extra info to give which could help.

@btsport I’m having trouble with app, the commentary sounds such poor quality it’s coming out like fuzzy nonsense how do I mute it and keep the stadium sounds? Amazon prime used to do it and it made the viewing experience a million times better
