@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk I have had my order cancelled 3x and the only way I would find out is by ringing my self. Raised a complaint but was closed without even contacting me. I have had the worst most difficult experience. 4 weeks without internet and failed promises only to be let down again.
