Seems to fix itself then we get a period of constant dropouts 20-30 times a day. We are Sky Broadband but on BT infrastructure in the village so falls to Open Reach to fault find.

All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)
