@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@bt_uk broadband is the worst broadband I have ever seen. The worst mistake anybody can do is to switch to BT broadband service provider. You can never have steady connection for solid 5 hours in a day

@KeithHuewen @MotoGP @btsport I really enjoyed that film last night. I was born in 82 so missed it all but really wished I lived in those days! Safety was terrible though, it’s nice it wasn’t a nanny state but glad safety on the tracks has improved! so charismatic, you can see why he is still talked about!

And yeah, in meantime, direct debit has been deducted from account twice. So in total I paid - setup fee (20), twice monthly payment (30*2 = 60). And NO INTERNET YET. This was supposed to be best service in UK. @bt_uk
