@bt_uk It’s jumped back up to 35mbps which is fine. Unsure why it’s yoyo’ing though. We had issues last night too. Just came to a head whilst partner was attempting to teach a lesson on g meet.

@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

Just had to hunt high and low to find out how to cancel @btsport - finally find out that I have to ring them (you can set up a new account and upgrade online - of course) and now been on hold for 30 mins without answer. JUST LET ME BLOODY CANCEL!!!!

@btconnect is one of the worst business ISP going. Had so much trouble with them. I've been told that if you leave @bt_uk you can't keep your email address (20 years), even if you're willing to pay for the service. I'm so livid with having to stay with them.

Sorted now, but your disconnection team member was extremely rude and kept interrupting me mid sentence, simply trying to tell me all the reasons I was wrong to leave. If anything, this simply put the nail in the coffin to when we have decided to go to @bt_uk instead.
