    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @swfcsc It’s defo them that’s caused it along with @btsport paying stupid money for rights to watch it also fans that pay over the odds regardless what they charge ...footballers on stupid wages needs capping at the top I mean paying people 10-30 grand a week should be very top wage !

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @laurens_afc It's a joke how bad it is now. Sky, BTSport, Prem lge etc are engineering results these days. Man United (an awful team) were helped into last season's CL & now they're in a fake (VAR delivered) title race.

    @bt_uk Waste of time my Btbox you view constantly freezing loss of signal done reboots and problem persists ...tried getting through to BT via chat impossible constantly in one big loop bringing you back to the start..had the box for about 6 years surely I’ve paid enough for a new one
