@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@bt_uk It’s jumped back up to 35mbps which is fine. Unsure why it’s yoyo’ing though. We had issues last night too. Just came to a head whilst partner was attempting to teach a lesson on g meet.

They're probably manic with grumpy people like me, but if it takes them so long to answer the call then they need to employ more peoplr to do so, both to improve customer service & support the staff they have
