@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

@bt_uk service in #S10 keeps dropping out. Have reset the router now multiple times. Works for 5 min then stops.

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

@swfcsc It’s defo them that’s caused it along with @btsport paying stupid money for rights to watch it also fans that pay over the odds regardless what they charge ...footballers on stupid wages needs capping at the top I mean paying people 10-30 grand a week should be very top wage !

@bt_uk My landline has had a fault for 6 days (no incoming calls). I'm in my 70s with multiple health problems. Your adverts are obviously aimed at young people and so, it seems, is any form of service.

@btbusinesscare have been waiting for the BT Cloud service and BT Cloud Voice since 17th February. A 6 week project that has taken 4 months. Shocking service. Extremely disappointing.

@btbusinesscare That’s the problem, you promised a clear changeover from @utilitynet and on Saturday the line was switched off and no one seems to knows where it is . Ping pong blame =business failure and lots of tears and worry. Hours on the phone and still no resolve.

@bt_uk internet is a joke, constantly dropping off! Working from home is embarrassing when you have BT providing your internet! It’s almost unlawful to expect us to pay £40 p/m and not provide a decent service!
