@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk is there a problem with apps on You View box? When I go to Netflix, prime or any other app, it goes back to the app listing and does not load. I have reset and this fixed the issue for a short while.

@bt_uk I still have no install date, no communication on the install or complaint and have been sent a BT bill which I find unbelievable! Please call me urgently as I need to make sure the bill is not active and no money will be taken as I will be changing the account plan as well

@bt_uk 3 cancelled orders by BT, 2 open complaints, new order made today for broadband and phone no email confirmation, just spent an hour on the phone to be cut off with no information. Still no idea what’s going on. Shocking service.

@bt_uk 3 cancelled orders 2 complaint numbers, new order placed today no confirmations 3 weeks on and no further along with being a new BT customer. Shocking service.. spent 2 hours a day for the past 2 weeks on the phone, another call today to be cut off after an hour!
