    @bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

    About to do a late stream after spending hours getting stuff just right for it and the internet cut out. Tried to call @bt_uk to see what the crack is and even their service line is down for maintenance. Just my luck. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    @bt_uk Having issues again right now. Gonna try texting FIX to that number and see if I can run one of these automated tests. Issues always seem to be out of support hours which is basically all of my working hours.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™m so disappointed that I switched broadband providers to BTopenworld 4 weeks ago and despite multiple calls/hours and promises you still canโ€™t fix a computer fault that is capping my speed incorrectly!

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off ๐Ÿ˜ฉ not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk Hi. An 81yr old friend just had a landline call and handed it to me as he is quite deaf and I was visiting. A guy claiming to be from BT said there were problems with router and it sounded fake so I hung up

    @bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

    @bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

    @bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

    @rantasaurusbex @HelpSheffield @bt_uk We are in Sheffield S26 and this has been an ongoing issue on and off for a few years now. Seems to fix itself then we get a period of constant dropouts 20-30 times a day. We are Sky Broadband but on BT infrastructure in the village so falls to Open Reach to fault find.

    @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

    @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

    @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

    .@bt_uk My broadband is down, my neighbours are fine. My wife needs it for work. No way to contact BT by phone. Fault registered - won't look until next week. Appalling service as usual.

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldnโ€™t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home
