    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @BTGroup @btbusinesscare Thanks but so far we've had naff all help and going through to a help centre where we spend hours on the phone trying to fix a problem you caused with no resolution date or apology doesn't help us.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk do you do any 12 month broadband deals? I am moving to a property for 12 month only. You are one of the main providers but I’ll only require the service for a year before I relocate.

    @bt_uk are pretty useless. Log a broadband fault and their system says they hope to fix it by the 7th February. What sort of SLA is that consider what we pay for BT FTTC and line that is a joke!

    @bt_uk BT TV Box Pro. Based on my testing, the TV Box Pro will not list or connect to any wifi network which does not have a BT vendor ID in the BSSID. Is this intentional or a bug?

    Well, @bt_uk, I'm disappointed that I pay over £50/month for my broadband, and have been a customer for decades. But new customers get an offer of under £30/month for their fibre broadband. I'd be grateful to hear your justification for stiffing loyal customers, please?

    @bt_uk apparently you connect people.. my Grandparents who are in their 90s have been waiting for a landline to be connected for 2 weeks and nobody turned up today when they said they would. It’s causing them a lot of stress. Any help?

    @bt_uk Hi there. Do u know if there's any problems with Internet services in the South East Wales area (Newport)? No signals, routers down, can't even do a test. Checked incoming connections etc., all OK.
