Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Seems to fix itself then we get a period of constant dropouts 20-30 times a day. We are Sky Broadband but on BT infrastructure in the village so falls to Open Reach to fault find.
