@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@bt_uk Your service is the very definition of broadband nightmares, we went 62 days with total loss of service before we finally cancelled our contract. Knock on the door today saying our service should be up and running (71 days later).

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!

@bt_uk has never experienced such inadequacies from a provider. Two weeks without broadband, insufficient service for support paid for, no communication regarding issues, endless hours on the phone to customer service, products delivered to incorrect addresses. Don’t recommend.

@bt_uk Guys, just a warning that your website is misleading customers. Advertising Fibre2 at 70-73mb but apparently when running a line check (not an option during the online onboarding) then only a 7mb service is available. In london. In 2022. #broadband #misselling #ofcom
