@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

@pablomcfc83 @bt_uk Agree mate. We pay extra for Now TV but the internet hardly ever works for us to access it. We just wrote that off but some days we can’t even watch the basic freeview channels as we ‘can’t get a signal’. We’ve learnt from our mistakes. We will go back to Sky asap.

Appalled (but not surprised) by how @bt_uk reacted to a fault on our line. The issue was your fault (reported by contact staff) and you cut us off from the internet and cannot reconnect us until Tuesday. I work from home. We have two young children. Not even an apology.

@bt_uk You sold me the EE/deal. I have paper trail & was told eventually I'd see my EE account via My BT. Am waiting for the call I'm due to receive within 5 days of the complaint I made of commercial irresponsibility. I appreciate the efforts customer service are making.
