    @bt_uk It’s jumped back up to 35mbps which is fine. Unsure why it’s yoyo’ing though. We had issues last night too. Just came to a head whilst partner was attempting to teach a lesson on g meet.

    @bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

    @bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

    Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @BTCare My pensioner parents are paying for BT Sports but can't it watch on their TV due to a problem with your service (your engr has conf today). Your advisors say they can't cancel the subscription because they can watch it on a phone or tablet if they wanted too! Seriously?

    @bt_uk - Your marketing department keeps emailing an offer to upgrade to BT Halo 3, promising to rid me of 'wi-fi woes' and asking 'why wouldn't you'? How about, because I'm already one of your customers and expect a service that works - this 'upgrade' should be free. #BTRIPOFF

    @btbusinesscare We always end up in a dead end with you. Every single time. However I contact you (phone, mail, live chat, what’s app, and now Twitter) never ever can you sort th3 issue. So I still pay for a service/line/subscription cancelled 2 months ago. How is that even thinkable? OUTRAGEOUS

    Just paid @BT_uk for my first month of broadband. So far had 2 stable days and it's broken again! The ancient infrastructure is crumbling around us. I miss dutch efficiency.
