  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

  • RobertS66021134 Leeds United memorabilia collector (@RobertS66021134) reported from Garforth, England

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

  • prysds Richard Gear (@prysds) reported from Leeds, England

Punditry on @btsport is the worst

  • richardmparr Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

  • obsilverfox Ollie Brown (@obsilverfox) reported from Snaith, England

@bt_uk It’s jumped back up to 35mbps which is fine. Unsure why it’s yoyo’ing though. We had issues last night too. Just came to a head whilst partner was attempting to teach a lesson on g meet.

  • Mcollinson72 Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England

@btsport your streaming app on my tv is absolutely crap, keeps going off on my 300Mb broadband service. Not good enough for £25 per month. What am I paying for?

  • mike_leckenby Lord Mike Of The Tsetse Flies💙💙 (@mike_leckenby) reported from Leeds, England

    @CockertonMark @bt_uk Crap… & rip off… full stop

  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

  • missamandacook Amanda cook (@missamandacook) reported from Barnsley, England

@bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

  • craigieboy007 Craig (@craigieboy007) reported from Knottingley, England

@btsportfootball @bt_uk sort your punditry out. Ferdinand aside, today has been genuinely awful. Awful #leeche

  • Mcollinson72 Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England

The @btsport app is absolutely crap. Extortionate monthly cost for something that’s so so poor

  • LouiseGomerson 💜💪🏻LOU LOU💜💪🏻 (@LouiseGomerson) reported from Hambleton, England

Absolutely fuming😡 @bt_uk closed complaint no.3(even though 1&2 are the same unresolved complaints that for some reason you keep closing rather than resolving)despite being customers with "impairments"(as you wrongly call it in my opinion) you still dont seem to want to help

  • richardmparr Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

  • samsamsamsam92 Sam (@samsamsamsam92) reported from Leeds, England

@aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.

  • LeighNicholson Big Leigh Nicholson (@LeighNicholson) reported from Garforth, England

Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

  • alfiedoody7 T (@alfiedoody7) reported from Barwick in Elmet and Scholes, England

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

  • Ken_DeMange Adam J (@Ken_DeMange) reported from Leeds, England

@leedeetee @btsport It’s like Joe Cole had never seen a game before getting caught up the latest Euros and now he’s just regurgitating things he overhead in the King’s Head.

  • Aaronparky Yorkie (@Aaronparky) reported from South Milford, England

@btsport never guess who Lucy supports OMG fed up of hearing her going on about Man Utd and slot is total rubbish

  • DonnaHo44169343 Donna Hobbs (@DonnaHo44169343) reported

@bt_uk please can you advise if there is a problem in RH6 9RA as we cannot connect to broadband

  • Ricker666 Richard 🇬🇧 (@Ricker666) reported

And my internet has gone down. Cheer @bt_uk not like I need to work or anything. Sending this tweet with the single bar of data I have at home on my phone. Sooner the @KCOMhome rollout in this area is ready to go the better.

  • PaulDulson2 Paul D (@PaulDulson2) reported

@bt_uk As a shareholder and a customer, I would prefer you to concentrate on your core business ! Jumping on bandwagons is neither big nor clever.

  • TinManVlogger TinMan 🏍💨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TinManVlogger) reported

@bt_uk @markwilkinson1 It will also stop working if your internet goes down Let’s not forget you still have low speeds in county locations Yes voice doesn’t take up much bandwidth but when you haven’t got a lot to play with in the first place digital voice probably Isn’t going to work very well

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@TinManVlogger @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk I believe the deployment strategy for Digital phones 1st moving those customers who are on a full fibre service. There's another Openreach programme that introduces copper stop sells when a fibre services becomes over 75% available. Meaning end users will need to move onto fibre

  • markwilkinson1 Mark Wilkinson (@markwilkinson1) reported

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thanks James. Happily I already have a UPS (due to the winter power cuts here). Something else to plug into it now though. The phone - also overland here- was something you could rely on when power was down, but not anymore it seems.

  • hollynett Holly (@hollynett) reported

@bt_uk Still no Internet… and it’s Wednesday, the day we were told our service would be restored by “at the latest”. When is close of play for your engineers?

  • Bob89Shiska ShiskaBob89 (@Bob89Shiska) reported

@bt_uk I've been on the phone with your technical support who have just told me that having a residential client without landline, mobile, data and broadband is par for the course because they only escalate cases for business clients.

  • Ricker666 Richard 🇬🇧 (@Ricker666) reported

@bt_uk Don't even know where the hub is sorry, it wouldn't allow me to use a non-BT mesh wifi system without messing up my whole network. I'll just have to wait for it to sort itself out.

  • CHunt88 Carmella Hunt (@CHunt88) reported

@bt_uk Specifically I’m talking about the strength of the signal dropping in and out.
