@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

@bt_uk As suspected pass info onto a non existent case manager, but they won’t make contact for 48hrs if at all. Such a shame this is the service you provide swear at customers, lie in writing and tell lies to get customers off the phone then make up excuses. Such a poor service

I'm using @bt_uk BTWifi - essentially piggybacking on someone else's wireless router. Signal attenuation and old folks seeing no need to upgrade their router means 2.4Ghz Wifi4 only. My primary Windows laptop really struggles to connect with native wifi card. Hence dongle.

all this is happening while they are charging the charity £40 a month and not supplying any service???? @bt_uk We will be going elsewhere for service when we can get out of your contract, as this is not good enough. but I can't cancel as no one every calls back??
