    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

    My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

    @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

    Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

    @bt_uk Recently moved house, and ordered broadband and TV in Dec, engineer was due yesterday (multiple texts and a call confirming) but no show. After 4 calls to various customer service agents it turns out installation of 100Mbps is postponed TFN... No comms from BT...

    @bt_uk A near neighbour is having the same issues. Both of us called BT yesterday and from different call centres & got the same scripted response. "We will send you a new router and call you back in a day or so to make sure it's working" What is REALLY going on?

    @bt_uk The best bit is you sent an engineer out on Saturday to fix a fault on the line.. (when you told me they dont work weekends) - how can there be a fault on the line when we are waiting for a line to be installed? So stupid. No words

    Hi @bt_uk. You've sent a letter to my house addressed to "Valued Customer". I'm not a customer, but took this to be spam since it's not addressed to someone specific. On opening the letter, it's got some PII of the previous owner. They don't live here any more. Can you help?

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk Your staff havent managed to fix a fault reported 15 weeks a go. This needs escalating today and someone needs to ring me. Ive got 2 hubs that dont work. I DMd BT yesterday and no one replied.
