    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    @bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    @bt_uk A friend used my phone to report that his phone was out of order at 4:30 today by 7:30 the BT engineer had been out to his property ascertained that the problem was not in his property and gone outside to fix the problem the phone was fixed by 8:30. Terrific service.

    Hey @bt_uk sort ya ******* internet out having it drop out 2 nights in a row now at 11:30 then comming and going intermittently for an hour or so is driving me nuts, Fix it or I'm going to go with @Virgin getting really pissed off with it.

    @bt_uk I've never actually seen it happen, I just lose Internet connection just after midnight every day, usually between 12.03am-12.11am, like clockwork... I shall look out for it tonight though

    @bt_uk so router arrived 5 days late. Your engineer did not turn up as scheduled on 3rd but I’m expected to just book another slot of which there are none until 15th! This is my livelihood I work from home and am a key worker! Not my fault yet nothing you can do? Cancel my order.

    Watching @arielhelwani interview with Paul Hayman on @btsport My thoughts are on AEW & WWE, support both, if you're just a WWE fan and against other promotions, why cause WWE can't sign everyone and you will lose a lot of talent if there is just 1 promotion.
