@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Oh @bt_uk I’m sorry I left you for broadband elsewhere. The sheer farse that has been @VodafoneUK ‘s customer support. Three days of being told to restart the router and plug into the test socket directly. Literally gutting and looking forward to cancelling and jumping back soon!

@BTCare It really is problem after problem. Cables were ruined by OpenReach pressure washing and then got replaced, connection has been crap since and is now dropping out almost every 15 minutes. Seriously what is wrong with you guys…
