    @BTCare I’d take the £26.99 a month PLUS a refund of the £48 I’ve been over charged the last 3 months and would consider the 18 month deal. The refund of my over payment was never on the table tho... you’re basically only going to stick to our agreed price if I extend my stay with you.

    @BTCare That’s exactly the problem! I AM mid contract and my price has been taken from £28.99 a month to £44.99 a month. That’s a price change mid contract, yet you tell me it’s not possible to reduce it (back to what it was) mid contract. One rule for you and another for your customers!

    @BTCare I have numerous times &they have visited today after I insisted on a rearranged visit today . Engineer told my elderly father it will take a couple of days ? A couple of days for him to get it ? An Engineer to come back ? I am waiting for a call promised today re my complaint.

    @bt_uk I’ve come back from holiday and am STILL having issues with my broadband. I live in the middle of nowhere and have 3G at best so I have patchy mobile data. Cant watch my BT TV or use my devices and am seriously fed up now. Also, trying to write an assignment 😤
