@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

@bt_uk so we have had a problem with broadband wifi for almost 2 weeks and we booked an engineer on Saturday the problem wasn't fixed and rebooked for Monday no engineer turned up no explanation and I rebooked for today job wasn't put through so let down again

@Fizzbw @bt_uk You might be right there. It makes you so despondent spending X amount of time on phone to customer services & getting nowhere. I had bad probs when I was with BT. They rectified them & compensated me but I’d rather have had no issues in the first place!

@bt_uk is 6 days without landline and 72 hrs without internet acceptable?? You know there’s an issue yet you can’t sort until the 9th???? Sort it out! Don’t tell my parents NOT to call and use the website because guess what they HAVEN’T got internet!!!! Unacceptable!
