@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

After almost twenty hours on the phone over the last week with @bt_uk, and over a week without internet, only one of two things will happen: BT will close our complaint or BT will send us another minihub, to be switched off when they decide. We have three already.

@bt_uk Thanks, the team are being told nothing by openreach other than “we’ll update you on another date” it’s just getting kicked down the park and nobody is doing anything about it! I know tomorrow’s update will be exactly the same, BT civils damaged it and I’m just left waiting
