@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@bt_uk Keep getting phone calls these last few days from people claiming to be BT technical dept regarding problems with our internet. I'm taking it that it is a scam and hang up on them as was told before BT do not cold call. Am I correct?

@bt_uk Your phone service keeps saying go to the website to check. Which is had when your internet is down. And when you do get on the internet its got no information on the Fault tracker at all. Just says it will be fixed on the 23rd......you can see the problem with that....

@bt_uk My land-line crackles so much it is impossible to use. Just bought a new phone and it is exactly the same. Can't hear enough to speak to the operator and I think I should at least be recompensed for a service which hasn't worked for months

Once again our internet has crashed. Everyday around 7-9 it crashes and this has been going on for years and @bt_uk do absolutely nothing about it. We switched to @EE for a while but they were unable to do anything as it was a BT line problem!

@bt_uk There us no point, I have been forced to cancel my contract because the what I have been paying £31 a month for does not work and you refused to put me on a product that will work. Nothing but unresolveable issues with BT speeds.
