Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. After at least 8 engineer visits, several no shows, hours dealing with it (even on our holiday) BT cannot fix it but won’t terminate our contract without fees!!!!!
