@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live My nan is on end of life care. I had to move her to a home last week. Her room had no phone line. @bt_uk were amazing and sensitive to our need and arranged a new line instalment within two days. Urgently. Customer services were incredible on the phone and couldn’t do enough.
