@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@btbusinesscare Still not resolved. Been given a date of 6th September which isn’t good enough. Got told it has been escalated and I would get a call back within 2 hours. That never happened so I chased it after 4 hours and got told I need to wait until tomorrow. Awful service

@bt_uk no internet all week, engineer comes out and says it’s an issue outside, you will have to wait for a call out next Tuesday, will be around 7 days with no connection - requested a call back from a senior yesterday and got nothing, shocking.
