New Malden Mum (@NM_Mum) reported from York, England@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. -
Simon Jones (@Sijones73) reported from Castleford, EnglandSo @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!
-

Sam (@samsamsamsam92) reported from Leeds, England@aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. Chris (@tringgooner) reported@bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

-
Sparky (@oftheVotadini) reported@bt_uk @tringgooner I hate corporate replies like this. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, they palm you off to another department who will fob you off with a desultory offer
