@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@bt_uk Good Afternoon I have logged a fault on Monday I have no phone or Internet. I was sent a BT mini hub which always needs charging and its slow. I tracked the fault and stated it should be fixed By 17.12.2020 today is now 19.12. 2020 and still with out Broadband & landline.

@AgiBergman @bt_uk We use Sky (not Sky television) and their service is good and the broadband fast and reliable (has only been down for more than a few minutes twice in 10 years). We also get inclusive anytime international phone calls.
