BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
