New Malden Mum (@NM_Mum) reported from York, England@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

The issue is with @bt_uk
