    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @bt_uk I got a message to say an engineer would get to it by Sept 3 latest. Nothing as yet though, still no service.

    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @bt_uk Ethernet, and it was absolutely crap, then I unplugged it and it’s absolutely rapid but if I was to play online wirelessly it would be awful so I have no idea what’s going on

    So glad that I don't live in England anymore! Huge fail from @bt_uk - They want to charge a pensioner that is trying to save money over 400 pounds to cancel an upgrade her 96-year-old mother agreed not understanding it was a 2-year contract! DISGUSTING!

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable the engineer who did the initial installation knew where and what the issue was and that a hoist was required. I find it unbelievable that know one has been out to assess the job and all you have done is send out engineers who might I add have been great

    Hey @bt_uk my father who is 91 years old and vulnerable has been put on a new contract that charges a fortune for calls, and despite trying you won’t help him to sort it out. He is left on hold and passed from pillar to post. Sort it out please.
