All coms by email/mms. You doing this with everyone? Looks a lot like moneymaking scam... Especially for the old. Poor show.

New Malden Mum (@NM_Mum) reported from York, England@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.

Ed Walsh (@Farmerwalsh) reportedWell done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix
