@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@joware1 Jo, I would have preferred to have stayed with BT. However my BT Bills are going up and up and up and up! My conclusion is BT do not care about their customers. BT are a huge British company. Customer Inertia is an integral part of it's success story, @bt_uk. Sad but True!

@bt_uk I'm not on the contract - my landlord is and I don't want to share their information but since it's an ongoing issue that a lot of people are having I'm baffled why you don't want to tell the -users- what is the issue and when you expect it to be operational again
