Euan (@euanwab) reported@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
-
Mark P Tickner (@mptickner) reported@TalkTalk It's @BTCare #Openreach that's the issue. All my neighbours went down and I'm the only TT customer, but everyone's providers are over Openreach. They simply don't give a ****.

uılʞuɐɹℲ (@puddles46) reported@bt_uk I have genuinely had enough of your service now. Expecting a £96 refund but instead for the 4th month in a row after I left you have billed me again. This time it's now apparently overdue. This is genuinely unbelievable

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
