    @bt_uk congratulations on employing rude & abusive call centre staff. Calling your customer a "******* Useless ****" is the way to go with customer service !! "John" calling from India is obviously well versed in your call protocols !! Call originated from 023 8086 6628

    @bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @TSBBCare appalling customer support, have you staying in 1/2 day for engineer who doesn’t turn up to be told that can’t fix the fault and I’ll have to book another engineer!! U having a laugh?! Never had this issue with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk thanks to Connor in the Value team in South Shields and Kate in Waterford for sorting out my elderly mums disconnected line. Their service turned a complaining customer into a happy customer. 👏 👏

    @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

    @MartinSLewis we’ve had problems with our @bt_uk broadband since 16th April as in slow broadband speed and dropping connection. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

    @bt_uk Your network just doesn’t have the capacity to deal with demand on the south side of York - lots of people on the development have the same problem

    @bt_uk Thank you, the new contract we will be moving to closes today so we need to terminate today. I understand the report is required but the engineer will reassure you that the problem cannot be fixed. Surely this can be arranged today

    So, @bt_uk sent me, unasked for, WiFi router that I don't need. Two days later a returns bag. Don't return get a £50+ charge! All coms by email/mms. You doing this with everyone? Looks a lot like moneymaking scam... Especially for the old. Poor show.

    @bt_uk We tried those things, they didn’t work and we have now have been charged for the entirety of a contract that we never agreed to renew

    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.

    @bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

    @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

    @btbusinesscare Hi have you guys fixed the issue the web ex portal error? There is an unknown error causing a problem. this was the start of the error but to be told by support im making it up is a joke even with images of it.

    @bt_uk @BTBusiness shocking service today. Over an hour being bounced between departments, kept on hold, more automated voices, chat bots, crappy apps and all I want to do is talk to someone who can sort things out, properly.
