@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@btbusinesscare I am being told that I have to pay over £2800 for a cloud voice system from March 2020, which only started working in July 2021. When asked to credit the acc, I’m being told to go to Ombudsman. How does that work? Why should I pay for a service that didn’t work?!?

@steeleyp_ @btsport @bt_uk Just to say that I have access now because I'm using my Dad's BT account. Really just wanted to highlight how difficult it is for non-UK based people to use the service. It just really shouldn't be that difficult. And you should be able to buy it with a foreign credit card!

@bt_uk Brilliant customer service from Shelley at BT. Phoned with two issues, both resolved very quickly with some kit to support one of the problems being delivered within 2 days. Normally dread phoning customer services so this made a refreshing change. Thanks Shelley!

The worst part about it, is having to go and reset the WiFi router every time then having to reconnect the Q Box’s and the work laptop. Off I go to do today’s daily drop out. Definitely going to look at @bt_uk when my contract is up

@danny_9_morris @bt_uk I wouldn't if I were you.. I'm getting the worst customer service imaginable at the moment. Had 2 engineers so far for a fault, took the afternoon off Friday for a 3rd. He didn't show. Took this afternoon off for a guaranteed appts, he didn't show.
