@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@bt_uk Once again my connection has fallen from 20 to 11 in just over a week, on going issue for the past 2 years. Every time an engineer turns up i explain the issue that its an external cable fault , they seem to fix the issue for awhile , then go back to having issues.

@bt_uk disgusted by your actions today threatening my 96 year old grandmother because her cheque got lost in the post, and then cutting off her phone so that if there was an emergency no one could get through. Not everyone has internet/mobiles, you need to post reminders too!

Yet again @btsport is completely unwatchable via the app on my phone and chromecast. Buffering every 30 seconds for about 30 seconds. Fast network, WiFi mesh and still awful. What an absolute shambles and now considering whether its even worth subscribing to because of it.

@btsport I have I’ve 300mbps so why is the Celtic game buffering?? It’s not my connection as just checked the speed 297mbps and can stream a 4K video on sky and prime just now with no issues. Get it fixed
