@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@TSBBCare appalling customer support, have you staying in 1/2 day for engineer who doesn’t turn up to be told that can’t fix the fault and I’ll have to book another engineer!! U having a laugh?! Never had this issue with @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

Just starting the cancelation process of @SkyUK as they just don’t seem bothered at all about their customers (we have TV full package, a poor Broadband service etc) and looking to move to @BTCare as apparently they do and offer better broadband etc. Anyone any suggestions?

@bt_uk I know. There never are. The enginneer established this week there is no problem from the exchange to the house. It is the connection in the house. We thought he’d fixed it yesterday when we got our dial tone back.

@bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service we have received from BT!!! Management have been ignoring our emails and constant calls since 5th February and have 'closed' our complaint file even though we are calling on a weekly basis to complain about the unsteady slow broadband!

BT broadband is total rubbish rang them about the connection about. by tv keeps freezing just told us we are using to many Devices turn some off and this will help what. A load of bull tried that still freezing I would advise anybody that is thinks of joining BT to forget! @bt_uk

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk So Vodafone were in third place I guess? I've just dumped them because they could not give me access to my own account. I spent hours on the phone with them, the reset password email never arrived. When they sent me a temporary one time password it didn't work. Etc.
