@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@bt_uk Yes… I turned on the box this morning a d I got the message that it needed an update.. so I okayed it.. but it didn’t shut down after the update even though it was 100% updated.. I ended up switching it off and on, don’t know if the update completed or not.
