Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@MartinSLewis we’ve had problems with our @bt_uk broadband since 16th April as in slow broadband speed and dropping connection. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

@BTCare We have had months of internet dropping in and out, slow soeeds and often no broadband at all. After at least 8 engineer visits, several no shows, hours dealing with it (even on our holiday) BT cannot fix it but won’t terminate our contract without fees!!!!!

@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

So, @bt_uk sent me, unasked for, WiFi router that I don't need. Two days later a returns bag. Don't return get a £50+ charge! All coms by email/mms. You doing this with everyone? Looks a lot like moneymaking scam... Especially for the old. Poor show.

@bt_uk “Further help” ?! I’m in need of an internet service that works. I now have work meetings and client appointments that I have to cancel. I am unable to work for FOUR days. That’s going to have a huge impact. And I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving !

@bt_uk so Facebook, WhatsApp & Instagram have crashed and now yet again I have no BB. I pay £55/mth for a home mobile router as the landline is poor and now this is crashing every hour.Can't even load a website. It's an absolute disgrace. Can't even phone you,I have no voice atm!

@bt_uk apparently @OpenreachHelp ran a test saying it was fine and decided to cancel. Nobody has been able to use this fibre since installation. We can't even go back to our old package due to old wiring being cut!
