They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

Adele Hartley (@adele_hartley) reported from York, England@BTCare We have had months of internet dropping in and out, slow soeeds and often no broadband at all. After at least 8 engineer visits, several no shows, hours dealing with it (even on our holiday) BT cannot fix it but won’t terminate our contract without fees!!!!!

It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
