@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

@bt_uk I just spoken to customer services who were initially shocked but on looking into it, they say it’s an area wide outage caused by damage to one of the exchange boxes when upgrading the network. A very big job 😒

@LMuttl @bt_uk Had the same issue last year. So frustrating. Only resolved when I spotted an Openreach engineer at another house in my street. He had gone to the wrong address! Turned out we had been disconnected at the cabinet two weeks previously. Ask for a wireless dongle until they sort it.

Alright, this is beyond a joke. I've been completely without internet/phone for over a week now. The BT Openreach engineers tried and failed to fix it last week. More were meant to be here this morning. It's now 4:30pm. Nothing What's going on here, BT_UK?
