@bt_uk I'm out of contract and seen a deal online for £29.99 full fibre 100. Called up to take it but then told that as I'm not a new customer I'd have to pay £10 more per month. Poor. New customers getting better deals than existing.....

@bt_uk Right, but I'm not one of these online gamers, we're just trying to use YouTube or our bank or a shopping website and it takes minutes for a site to load/change page. I don't think the internet should be that slow where I tell it to load Google and I can go and make a cuppa.
