Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk hi, my elderly disabled housebound mother in law has a fault with her house phone line, been told it can’t be fixed until 3rd of Jan. She is very frail due to a stroke, and prone to falls, so her house phone is only way to alert help. Can anything be done quicker please?

@bt_uk you sent an engineer who told us that there is nothing he can do about how bad is due to our location, it is broken 95% of the time,I can’t live like this. We need the internet for work. You need to either let us leave and go to G network who offer fast broadband or fix it
