Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk My contract runs out today and I want to discuss this. Would use live chat but can access that despite being logged in. No icon for live chat anywhere and the help function is frankly useless.

@bt_uk There is no point in testing a line that is working at the time of the test, as it is at present. Also, when the line is down then I can't run the test. So overall to you this means the system is working. Surely your exchanges are "seeing" when user's lines are dropping off?

@bt_uk Yeh broadband, which to be fair is very very good, much improved from the last time I was with BT, have one of those Disks. My issue with things really is the online, just so continually elusive, seems I get one thing sorted and the other is out of reach

@bt_uk can i get through to anyone? I need help! Have a red LOS light and it was only installed a few months ago! Ive read online that it could be a faulty splice connection or wire. Sick to death of the service we've had. Really not happy.
