My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

I have abundant evidence to prove lies, incompetency and regulatory shortcomings. My service is still down and all you care about is hearing hurty words ... Try providing service!!!

There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
