Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@mrpaulandrew @bt_uk Afraid the advice by @bt_uk is wrong here re Tel 1 port on ONT. As per my previous tweet that is for Openreach FVA which is a withdrawn service. Only way to use BT Digital Voice is with the Smart Hub 2 or go broadband only and use a third party VoIP provider

@bt_uk 1/2 Hi BT, my mum has spent an hour on the phone this morning trying to sort out the an error you've made in changing her from quarterly to monthly bills. You changed this and she never asked for it, she spoke to an adviser today who claimed it had reverted to quarterly..

@bt_uk Day 14 of no landline or fibre broadband in DT3, multiple properties affected, no issues on your fault checker!! Throw in three no shows for appointments by Open Reach and we have an absolute fiasco. Your methods of communication and customer service are inept

@bt_uk Didn’t work I was told I needed a booster and would have to upgrade to get them, only had BT for 5 months and never had full internet. No point having it when you get a better service with you mobile, very disappointed.

@bt_uk Get a different answer each time. Had 3 different dates for moving number then get cancellations. They say number owned by vodofone yet we have never been with them and had number for 17 years
