    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @bt_uk That was implied, but doesn't help. I was sent multiple confirmations that the appt. would go ahead, plus a video showing how to prep for it, which I had to confirm I watched. I don't now know what is going on, and the tracker says I will move to the new (more exp.) pkg today.

    Forever frustrated by the awful connection provided by @bt_uk, I’m sat right next to my router and still can’t get a strong enough connection for a zoom call without it cutting out every five seconds 😢

    @bt_uk It wasn’t a late repair. Your broadband went down at 18:34 yesterday and was not restored until 02:20 the following day.
