Stephanie (@steFAWNy1) reported@bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.
