@bt_uk Standard unhelpful fobbed off reply. How many times do I have to log a fault before someone realises it's another issue. Same thing every 4th Tuesday then miraculously solved the next day! @MarcAllera @BTGroup

@bt_uk No, they were due to call me yesterday, and also the day before, and the day before that, but didn’t. I asked for a written answer, which I was promised today. Your customer service policy is “tell them we’ll do it tomorrow, then don’t bother”

NEVER BUY @bt_uk BROADBAND. If your connection goes they'll leave you stranded with no WiFi for weeks on end. Talk about showing support for you customers in troubling times - I can't work from home and my partner can't revise for her med school exams and they couldn't care less.
