    @bt_uk The engineer visit fixed original problem of no dial tone but then we were left with so much noise on line impossible to use - which I then reported and fault was reopened

    @maddix85 @bt_uk Exactly the same. Half way through a work call and I lose the customer plus the connection to the office. Makes me look terrible and things are hard enough at the minute with what’s going on in the world!
