@BTCare terrible signal today - since our ‘whole home Wi-fi’ account was botched by my EE mobile switch - (didn’t request it - but I ended up on a lesser account) - the Wi-fi speeds are far slower ..

Just received a bill for £0.00 from @bt_uk for an unspecified service. Can't find out what it is online because I do not have a BT "ID" & I can't get one because I'm not a BT customer. Online chat apparently not being staffed today. Having one of those days I wish would be over!

@bt_uk He said the green box fibre optic is broken outside, and didn’t give me a date when it was going to be fixed and also didn’t tell me today he was arriving so I guess it’s another surprise visit next time which I don’t know when it will be , issue is still on going not fixed
