    @bt_uk you promised my elderly mum a free mini hub on the 19th December and it still hasn't arrived. HELP! She hasn't had any broadband since the 18th. Engineer booked for the 3rd Jan for a new hub which we had to sign up for... we are not impressed right now!

    @bt_uk our broadband is down, and the text message we receive, acknowledging this is a problem at your end, says it will be resolved by 3rd Jan! No possibility to speak to anyone. Dreadful service - I’m working from home from the 29th Dec.

    Been a customer for around 8 years with @bt_uk and waning to upgrade my WiFi/Get some kind of deal and the website is telling me Im not eligible, bit of a downer 👎 what can you do to help/offer @bt_uk ?

    The @bt_uk TV box toggling the ‘Delete’ option to the default once you’ve used it once is staggeringly bad UI. Not having any option to recover what you’ve just bewilderingly deleted truly is the icing on the cake.

    @bt_uk This really is unacceptable. Look back at the complete catalogue of faults/tweets/non attendance of engineers. My mum is on record as a vulnerable customer. You’ve had to reimburse her twice. Totally unacceptable - please escalate NOT waiting until 03/01
