    @bt_uk @RobbieSavage8 @julesbreach Would anyone else put up with no phone or Internet from Thursday to Tuesday AND be told it was normal, I have barley any mobile signal and live very rural...I was told to be silent by bt CS...well I won't

    @bt_uk The update is due on the 21st but we have never received a single update in the 7 weeks we have been waiting. I am having to hot-spot off someone else's device in order to send this as I have used the data on my mobile phone contract!

    @bt_uk Initially, the problem was that the cable isn't connected to the server. Yesterday they told me that it was because they needed to come and fit the ethernet line inside the house. This was done 5 weeks ago!
