    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @bt_uk We tried those things, they didn’t work and we have now have been charged for the entirety of a contract that we never agreed to renew

    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

    @bt_uk I was also supposed to have a free upgrade to the Halo service. But the BT app doesn't let me register.

    @bt_uk My 89 year old aunt's phone line hasn't been working for 11 days. Every time it's reported she's told it will be repaired the next day. It's now been reported 6 times and is still not working. She needs the phone for emergencies.

    @bt_uk Nearly 2 Years on fibre, approx. 25 Engineer visits, slow connections and constant drop outs and @WeAreOpenreach still cant sort the problem out, what a joke.

    @bt_uk outage since Sunday afternoon. Still showing as a fault, yet your estimated fix time is 00:04 on Monday. That’s over 33 hours ago. No updates, no contact, no fix. What is going on?

    @bt_uk So I tweeted you yesterday about an ongoing fibre issue I have as I was getting no joy from your call handlers to be told by your Twitter staff that I’d get a call from someone yesterday, even that didn’t happen !! I am properly amazed at your customer service !!

    @bt_uk Waa quoted £60 as needed 2 aerials,but you waived this fee,unfortunately you cant install them for 2 weeks but wanted her to pay for the contract starting 28th june,even though the aerials are not in place,so she had to cancel entire contract unfortunately.
