    @Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

    Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

    @EE @btsport Yet again you have managed to disable my bt sports, spend hours on the phone to fix it and again now cant cast it to my TV even though i am paying for this service! The 3rd time this has happened... can someone from your customer care please contact me, i want a refund!

    @bt_uk does bt no longer honour contracts and keep customers hanging on the phone for 55 minutes by not answering call. I moved house and decided to take Bt with me i upgraded to Halo 1 when moving i never got a mini hub to keep me connected like Bt advertised it does
