  @bt_uk My issue is not that there’s a fault it’s just the complete lack of communication to your customers considering you are a communications company. Uk power & affinity water notify us instantly if there’s an issue but we’ve not heard a thing from BT.

  Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
