@bt_uk so not only is my internet down and no engineer available for a week, I also find out I’ve not been getting the speed I’ve been paying for. Thanks, not sure how I’m going to work from home with no internet for the rest of the week!

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk worst broadband service ever. In central London (Battersea - SW11) without internet since the 22nd of March. Almost one month now and problem still there. Nobody knows how to fix it. In 2022. I think it is a real shame for a national leading provider like BT. #shameBT

@bt_uk Wanted to cancel my parents broadband but keep the phone line. Got told the line rental will be more expensive if we get broadband elsewhere. So £21 if no other broadband in house, but over £30 if get broadband from elsewhere. My parents have had a landline for years with you.

@bt_uk Broadband is awful since this issue, keeps dropping every minute! Upgraded package, new kit, 3 engineer's visits but not fixed! On top of that rubbish customer support. How are we supposed to work & children study for exams?
