    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk @BTCare Booked two appointments with BT to have our broken internet fixed over a week ago. First time the problem was never fixed. Today the engineer has just not turned up at all! Now I've burned through my entire 50GB data package! Beyond a joke.

    @bt_uk I thought you want to know. The OpenReach engineer who visited told me that he is the 12th engineer attending the same fault which is open since 23rd November. The service was down in two hours after the engineer left.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk Totally rubbish,how come Mill Hill NW7 areas are so bad on Broadband, AOL could easy beat on speed ,we only get up to 8mb and guess what WE ARE IN LONDON FFS,while rest of UK enjoying more than 50mb,and the Prices are Too High

    @bt_uk My BT connection is appalling, but the infrastructure in my valley is never going to be upgraded to modern standards because it's not economically viable. We're all rather hoping Air Band come to the rescue!
