  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

  So I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk

  Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.   @bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and I’ve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?
