  @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

  @bt_uk I cancelled my service on the 25th July. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

  @bt_uk She has tried that. She has been pulled from Pillar to post. It’s really not on the way she’s been dealt with and my heart goes out to her cause I’m at work and there’s nothing I can do except hear her sobbing down the phone.. getting her to ring the team directly is a waste
