    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

    Had the worst customer experience with @bt_uk should of had our broadband contact on the 16th December still no broadband , now sat waiting for a phone all again from the order team #nothappy #wasteoftime

    @bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    @bt_uk appalling service today. My partner, a key worker, used one of his few days off to wait home for a delivery, you missed the appointment and then told us it was rearranged to 1/4/21 because of covid. Couldn't you have told us about this before we called you? #badservice

    @bt_uk Terrible customer service. Staff don’t know processes, cut us off twice, promise to call us back within 72 hours. That was on Monday and we’re still waiting! In any case this would be unacceptable but when you know it’s in relation to a bereavement it’s disgraceful!

    Already moaned about scam @AmazonHelp automated call saying an iPad ordered from my account. Then today, THREE of them. Especially irritating as we’re awaiting an important call. Tempted to cancel @BTCare landline (due for renewal) but then scammers will get my mobile number.

    @BTCare raised a complaint about a mid-sold package when recontracting last Friday. Have not been called back. Also, asked to be put back onto old package as 14 day cooling off. was told would take 5 wrk days. This has not happened, & now I’ve just got returns bag. Unacceptable!
