@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk Called them as soon as engineer left. Already have a complaint raised (for over 1 month), now they are trying to escalate it with Openreach. Getting it wrong once or twice sort of OK - but 6 times for the same reason is monumental incompetence.

@bt_uk waited 4 days for engineer to fix no broadband. Called today and the problem's outside somewhere. Now they need to send an Open Reach engineer in another 2 days. They were supposed to do that before they came here! ...BT just get worse
