@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

Absolutely disgusting that my 94 year old grandmother who’s shielding hasn’t had a phone line since Saturday & now @bt_uk are charging her £80 to fix their problem! She’s had this phone line for years & is now in the most vulnerable position and can’t even ring 999 if needed!
