    @bt_uk That's the 3rd missed appointment. @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The system is shocking and it's a complete joke that there is nothing I can do as they are the only company who can do it. Shouldn't be allowed.

    The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, how many times can I complaint. They have missed a 3rd appointment. They just re book them and not turn up. There is nothing I can do as its only @OpenreachHelp who can do it. @bt_uk are useless and the £25 compo doesn't come near the expense of using 35 hours holiday

    @btsport hi I have an issue with BT sport ultimate via your app on my Apple TV 4K, the sound has just stopped suddenly. Trying to watch Man Utd vs Southampton. All other games via the app the sound is fine. I have checked not on mute and turned all systems off and on.Any ideas?
