Why someone is calling me from @bt_uk who can barely speak English, and being very very rude, demanding me to do some steps, then to pass the phone to my partner then when I say he’s at work put the phone down on me! If there is an issue speak to me in a polite manor #rude #bt

Another potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. I’m not entirely sure @bt_uk’s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.

@bt_uk Was set to move to FTTH on 21st May and early morning they cut my FTTC connection even before the Fibre ONT was installed and later found an issue with fibre install. Now without broadband and assured copper will work next day. Empty promises, worst company to deal with
