    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Day 52 of having no internet because of the errors made by your two companies. When will I get some action? I realise that problems can arise, but I expect a reaction at first and then a proactive response to resolving this issue. Shame you don’t agree….

    @bt_uk Would love it if you could fix the landline issues you have left my 93 year olds grandparents with for almost 8 weeks! They can’t get incoming calls from landlines…taking away their only form of communication due to your inability to understand digital voice faults…
