    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @OpenreachHelp @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk my internet is terrible, had an engineer out and they left without fixing the problem, im supposed to get 20 download and im currently on 1 literally takes a full 24hrs to do 40-50gb, my wife cant even watch netflix if im playing or vice versa, £33 for this, shambles

    @jiraiya642 @bt_uk I've bought previous UFC PPV through the box office app but this time it just isn't working. You can buy it on the website but I don't trust buying it there and then it not working on the BO app. I need the app to stream to chromecast on the tv.
