@bt_uk I've already booked off 3 days work for this. 4 including issues before the 25th. And it will be a 5th day on 10th. I work from home so it's causing me so many issues. Data on my phone almost up, both draughts data already gone. No TV, no ufc, having parents do school runs.

  • DidymusBrush Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England

@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It would be nice to get 100mb once. Never even had half of what we pay for. Wonder what @Offcom make of that...

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England

@bt_uk That's the 3rd missed appointment. @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The system is shocking and it's a complete joke that there is nothing I can do as they are the only company who can do it. Shouldn't be allowed.

  • DidymusBrush Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England

@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It still doesn't excuse the slowness, the constant drop outs, and the near impossible chance of getting through to customer service.

  • Lerounxi Reece Jordan Doonan, RN (@Lerounxi) reported from Salford, England

@SkyHelpTeam internet issues remain now for 12 days. I was told 3-5 days. I can’t use UHD package to its full use nothing will download. Partner working from home struggling to do his job. Poor service from you sky passing me onto @bt_uk openreach, having updates (1/2)

  • briangeehx Brian Gee (@briangeehx) reported from Greetland, England

@btsport How do you cancel BT Sport account when you are not accepting calls !!!!

  • MichelleBoudin_ Michelle Boudin (@MichelleBoudin_) reported from Bury, England

How do I find out when my 12month contract it up with @btsport as I want to cancel instead of it being renewed automatically please

  • DidymusBrush Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England

@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It would be nice to get 100mb once. Never even had half of what we pay for. Wonder what Ofcom would make of that...

  • AmosMurphyMedia Amos Murphy (@AmosMurphyMedia) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@halbvierUK @btsport As if a 2 month football absence was bad enough, it returns without fans and the only noise we're greeted to is that of McManaman as the co-com! 🤮

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen

  • MichelleBoudin_ Michelle Boudin (@MichelleBoudin_) reported from Bury, England

@btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England

@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, how many times can I complaint. They have missed a 3rd appointment. They just re book them and not turn up. There is nothing I can do as its only @OpenreachHelp who can do it. @bt_uk are useless and the £25 compo doesn't come near the expense of using 35 hours holiday

  • Lbartram Lee Bartram (@Lbartram) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@peterthepotter @jjhsenior @btsportmotogp @btsportfootball @btsport @sky No point even asking @Virgin .@virginmedia if they are going to do anything to help their customers after the @VirginAtlantic news of last week! #Sky #BT #Virgin

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

@bt_uk By mini connectors. They don't work. The WiFi in the house isn't too bad, I could watch ufc on my phone but through the bt box it doesn't work.

  • Ric_Bond Richard Bond (@Ric_Bond) reported from Manchester, England

Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

  • drchrisferguson Dr Chris Ferguson (@drchrisferguson) reported from Manchester, England

Great customer service @bt_uk from Haydn in Warrington. Made dealing with my parents internet problem a breeze

  • gkse16 Graham Henderson-King (@gkse16) reported from Salford, England

@wearysole4 @virginmedia @bt_uk I thought it was just us but totally agree the network speed is shite round here.

@bt_uk Having saved the voicemail, I can confirm there is no mention of my complaint

  • minidriver1 Tracey Louise Smith (@minidriver1) reported

@natasghar @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I had a similar call from ‘virgin’ today. When I said I don’t answer questions over the phone and that I’d ring virgin myself he suddenly put the phone down. They’re horrible and they prey on the vulnerable x

  • rgabakero Richard Baker (@rgabakero) reported

@btsport When you advertise that you are showing baseball and then show some random crap instead, 1) baseball fans get annoyed and 2) fans of the random crap have no idea you are showing it anyway.

  • siwade82 Simon wade (@siwade82) reported

18 days after @bt_uk turned off my broadband they still can't get my TV channels working ! Refusing to pass me to customer complaints and no one calling me back. #bttv can you help @BBCWatchdog ?

  • paulcham13 tricky_but_chaos (@paulcham13) reported

@bt_uk Because the high price, for an inferior service, is all that we are offered in a country whose infrastructure is starved of investment, and dominated by private cartels milk us for all they can, without true choice?

  • paulcham13 tricky_but_chaos (@paulcham13) reported

@bt_uk No. I'm having a problem with the standard of the offering. It's a massive drag on innovation and providing a responsive business level service, when the infrastructure is expensive, inflexible, and limiting.

  • ThirteenWrites Dekatreis (@ThirteenWrites) reported

@bt_uk Maybe if @WeAreOpenreach were willing to actually hook up my building, meaning it's no longer the only one in the street without fibre, then I'd have the choice. It's infuriating being stuck with 13mb down and 0.75mb up for working from home, never mind gaming.
