For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

@bt_uk My husband has already been in touch directly. It's an issue affecting around 12 houses (M28 7) area. We've been told we need to book an engineer visit again today & that they'll probably not need to come inside but someone needs to be home just in case! Really poor service!

@bt_uk Yep - lovely people, unfortunately unable to help. For some reason openreach skipped our side of the road in the gigabit upgrade, and refuse to say why or when they will be back to finish the work. MyBT reports 8.1Mbps at router.
