    @bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @davidakime @btsportmotogp @btsport Does that have all the sessions on Live and then on demand and is there a way to get it on your TV? Can you airplay it via an AppleTV for example and is it 4K or HD? Ha ha sorry for all the questions, genuinely interested as I have never had it 👍 #MotoGP

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk hi was expecting a call back today for a long standing issue where you are charging me for a service that should have been cancelled and I cannot use. I have rung BT about 20times & it’s still not been resolved

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @NGFC83 @btsport Now I know it's the 3pm blackout, I'm usually at a game at Saturday so not home for the 5pm Saturday games. Thought nothing of it because I've see so many on Sundays!

    @bt_uk Dear Matt/BT, we've had constant internet down daily for weeks, sometimes several Xs a day. Usually self resolves, but today almost an hour, still orange/pink flash. May I attempt same text/landline test if unresolved in next hour? Regards, R Elizabeth aka ladybudd.

    @bt_uk Sorry.... my contract includes broadband and TV (broadband not working) but I don't have a landline, therefore I don't have a number to input into the link sent above to check status... Is there an alternative way to check status without landline number? Thanks

    Listening to @bt_uk CTO Howard Watson at #connectedbritain BT is sadly still talking about the long-obsolete concept of “seamless” blending of cellular, WiFi etc That’s entirely the wrong sort of network convergence Also mentioned edge for compute + also storage
