@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@OpenreachHelp @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

@bt_uk I got one of those advanced home phone things with my new full fiber 900 service and the phone is useless. The batteries are constantly saying battery flat. It's never left the holder. Lasts 30 seconds off charge. It's clearly defective how do I get a replacement?
