So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

@bt_uk Having greeted the chap, I am aware. Just getting more frustrated that I reported the issue on 1st Oct and it has taken this long to get, what appears to be a simple error, attended. Fingers crossed he can fix it 🤞🏻and that I receive adequate compensation for the lack of service

@bt_uk I recently received compensation for a very badly managed broadband house move, only for BT to take most of it away for an installation fee - despite being told I wouldn't have to pay it. I closed the complaint associated with it but I'd definitely like to reopen this.

@bt_uk @BTSopenreach are you able to help at all. @bt_uk are unable to progress or speed up this process at all. They say it all on your side to deal with. It is such a shame that a person can not actually speak to someone at Openreach about anything.
