    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk disgusted with customer your service. My vulnerable elderly (97) grandmother left without a phone line following absolute **** up on your end with transferring account from her husband’s name to hers after his death. Now being told she will have to have a new number.

    @btbusinesscare 2/2 He took the time to email + explain problem which the comp team couldn't after over 3 mths last year in less that a few hours i have all the ref numbers ie the tech problem and imp number he helped with and i'd like to have his great help passed on please DM me 4 details

    @bt_uk business customers must be at the bottom of your list. 40 days since install. 22 days no business phone line. 3 escalations 2 complaints still no one can fix the issue. £100-£200 loss in takeaway orders and bookings per day

    @bt_uk My landline and broadband are both down. Reported and apparently I have to wait 48 hrs for a response. My 78 year old mother with multiple disabilities lives with me and we have poor mobile reception. Please can this be speeded up? It’s not the first time.
