@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk eventually get through and you guys tell me I'm wrong about my Internet intermittent issues your agents are rude and then hung up on me. 50 mins on the phone to be hung up on.

Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk 3 nights in a row my Internet has dropped out, this happens weekly. I pay crazy prices for a poor service, numerous technicians out to say nothings wrong with it. I wont be staying & should be able to end my contract early due to your company not fulfilling its part of it.

@bt_uk I do get the idea of hotspots creating a network available when you’re away from home, but it literally creates an in-home Wi-Fi access point free of the parental controls that BT advertise as a benefit

Thanx for your help NOT @btsport and @SkyHelpTeam my red button not working on bt sports phoned sky they said speak to bt phoned bt I haven't got an account with them need to speak to sky phoned sky back up they said its working on their TV well what good is that it's not on mine
