    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @btsport @btsportwwe @bt_uk Could you tweak your TV app to improve navigation? There's no thumbnail images when forwarding or rewinding, no chapters. You can't resume a show despite being logged in with BT credentials, hence the problems when navigating long #WWE shows. Thanks.👍🏼

    @bt_uk Cancelled because it never worked and went round in circles trying to get it to work. BT then gave us a huge bill,due to cancellation. We challenged it and they took £30 off the final bill.

    @OpenreachHelp @Jayne2502 Done on multiple occasions. Was told by your engineer last Monday it was the router.....new router finally here today - still no service, asked @bt_uk to escalate, told no Engineer available until Monday 1st Feb - unbelievable!

    @bt_uk some workmen have turned up to fix our telegraph pole, last time this happened it took the broadband out all afternoon no warning, I have 4 zoom meetings today! Why no warning??? #disgustedoftunbridgewells
