    @bt_uk problem dragging on for 6 weeks now, countless non-returned calls and a complaint now raised, yet still you failed to call again on Friday and I have just spent 30 mins on hold for nothing. Please can someone to call me for an update? See DM for account

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    @bt_uk eventually get through and you guys tell me I'm wrong about my Internet intermittent issues your agents are rude and then hung up on me. 50 mins on the phone to be hung up on.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk awful service so far on the fibre broadband. Tried to call twice and your agents lines are awful and ask me to call back. Yeh I have another 30min to waste in a queue. Message me please as need my fibre connecting that’s already a week late. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @Tactical_Times we are looking at this from the wrong angle. you want change it has to be forced. cancel @SkySports @btsport etc or any subscriptions until a proper rule review is done. hit them in the pocket and they will change, for me its that simple. or they just group together and do nowt

    @bt_uk There is one thing. I keep losing my land line. I hesitate to report it because I have a bad case of Diogenes Syndrome and the wall socket, where the line enters my flat, is inaccessible due to my ... ... let's call it laziness. Mental illness is such an ugly expression.
