The Shire (@AskTheShire) reported from Salford, England@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.
