@bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

@bt_uk @zeninternet @BT_UK 1st line support runs scripted questions that do not work in my case as physical line is sound. It is the service that's been cut off by someone's mistake or negligence, but if they do not see it in their script or customer system is not real for them.

@SkyNews If you want to send them a message then you need to hit them where it hurts. Cut up your season tickets and cancel your @skysports and @btsport subscriptions and stop buying their merchandise is a start. Problem is none of you will and that is why this is happening

I have 1Gbs FTTP from @bt_uk, on Friday without any notice BT decided to cut off my logical service - PPPoE error. 5 hours of calls with BT support, two BT engineers that did not show up. It should take 5 mins to resolve not 5 days outage! Physical fibre OK
