Oh here we go... BT Real are poor they are finished etc nothing to so with how good City were, you sound gutted. If this was Liverpool you’ll be going mental.#btsport #RMMCI

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England

@bt_uk That's the 3rd missed appointment. @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The system is shocking and it's a complete joke that there is nothing I can do as they are the only company who can do it. Shouldn't be allowed.

  • RicMichael Ric Michael (@RicMichael) reported from Manchester, England

@BTCare please sort the new email out. It’s unusable and so busy it’s knackered. It’s the email equivalent of when your child becomes a teenager and forgets all manners and niceties. HELP. Your help pages don’t

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen

  • AmosMurphyMedia Amos Murphy (@AmosMurphyMedia) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@halbvierUK @btsport As if a 2 month football absence was bad enough, it returns without fans and the only noise we're greeted to is that of McManaman as the co-com! 🤮

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England

@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, how many times can I complaint. They have missed a 3rd appointment. They just re book them and not turn up. There is nothing I can do as its only @OpenreachHelp who can do it. @bt_uk are useless and the £25 compo doesn't come near the expense of using 35 hours holiday

  • Lbartram Lee Bartram (@Lbartram) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@peterthepotter @jjhsenior @btsportmotogp @btsportfootball @btsport @sky No point even asking @Virgin .@virginmedia if they are going to do anything to help their customers after the @VirginAtlantic news of last week! #Sky #BT #Virgin

  • FotCarrs Friends of the Carrs (@FotCarrs) reported from Wilmslow, England

@mikeberriman87 @prodnose @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL @btsport @TheAthleticUK Same here - after hanging on the phone for 45 mins was told the cancellation charge is over £200 for me @btsport ... they have given me 1 month free though - whoohoo! Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

Havinv the worse experience with @bt_uk. Waiting on open reach to attend. They didn't attend last Friday. I am 99% sure they are not going to attend before 6pm and no one will help over the phone or call openreach for me. 4 days holiday used sat in waiting for nothing. Shocking

  • gkse16 Graham Henderson-King (@gkse16) reported from Salford, England

@wearysole4 @virginmedia @bt_uk I thought it was just us but totally agree the network speed is shite round here.

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

@bt_uk I've already booked off 3 days work for this. 4 including issues before the 25th. And it will be a 5th day on 10th. I work from home so it's causing me so many issues. Data on my phone almost up, both draughts data already gone. No TV, no ufc, having parents do school runs.

  • Lerounxi Reece Jordan Doonan, RN (@Lerounxi) reported from Salford, England

@SkyHelpTeam internet issues remain now for 12 days. I was told 3-5 days. I can’t use UHD package to its full use nothing will download. Partner working from home struggling to do his job. Poor service from you sky passing me onto @bt_uk openreach, having updates (1/2)

  • drchrisferguson Dr Chris Ferguson (@drchrisferguson) reported from Manchester, England

Great customer service @bt_uk from Haydn in Warrington. Made dealing with my parents internet problem a breeze

  • DidymusBrush Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England

@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It would be nice to get 100mb once. Never even had half of what we pay for. Wonder what @Offcom make of that...

  • ciarond27 Ciaron Doherty (@ciarond27) reported from Manchester, England

Will you send me out some WiFi boosters, been awful connection for the last year in my house @bt_uk

  • MrPostlethwaite John Postlethwaite 🇬🇧 (@MrPostlethwaite) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk That amount of **** adverts I've come across with him on it.

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

Didn't turn up. The worse experience of my life. Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.

  • colin_howard87 colin (@colin_howard87) reported from Tintwistle, England

@bt_uk All sorted by a great service advisor I was billed for some work that hadn’t been carried out

  • iainmc123 Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England

@bt_uk By mini connectors. They don't work. The WiFi in the house isn't too bad, I could watch ufc on my phone but through the bt box it doesn't work.

  • Ric_Bond Richard Bond (@Ric_Bond) reported from Manchester, England

Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

@bt_uk I've been with Virgin the last 12 years. Recently on their 350 and 500 speeds. However when patching through to offshore call centres are awful and only reading from textbook. With BT they actually get you and understand. I'm glad with the switch even at lesser speeds.

  • Sagenhaft Bolo 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺 (@Sagenhaft) reported

@bt_uk It’s fibre broadband I was referring to, the adsl poor connection you have there, but I was talking about fibre.

  • sillydizzle Sylveon Plath (@sillydizzle) reported

@bt_uk I want YOU to do something about YOUR workers should I can actually train to do my job while I'm off, because of course the internet is down in my time off when I actually can do online training

  • ncw18hqf Nicola Jayne (@ncw18hqf) reported

@bt_uk We have a complaint raised currently. We have been given a 4g to set us up with Internet which is not working. We have been given three different orders and 3 different dates of activation. My daughter is home schooling. My husband is a teacher. Its shocking this service

  • TweetingGinge Claire J (@TweetingGinge) reported

Trying to work from home without Internet again today - how is it so hard for @TalkTalk to cancel an Internet order and for @bt_uk to set up a 4G connection? 🤯 Dreadful customer service from both too 🙄

  • JTaylorMiller Jonathan Taylor-Miller (@JTaylorMiller) reported

@bt_uk I don’t believe you, you’ve got them all, why can’t you fix it?

  • simonfgmiller Simon Miller (@simonfgmiller) reported

@bt_uk Yes, but it’s not fixed - that’s the problem. You guys do your best, as do the call centre folk, we’ve had repeat visits from Openreach engineers - but the problem is never solved.
