    @btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

    @bt_uk Is there a problem with your Internet network in the central Manchester area tonight. Lots of buffering and cutting out/having to reset the router. Not impressed

    @jonsmile @bt_uk I also fly through here every other week. It works fine outside but the building acts like a kind of huge faraday cafe and really hinders the connection inside. The WiFi is bad too

    @bt_uk are there outages or problems in the West Wales area? The building I'm in uses BT Internet, and over the last few days the service has seriously degraded in terms of quality. It can't hold a stable connection and has very low data throughput when it HAS a connection.

    @bt_uk Thanks for that, but the issue is the App. Our Moniter works fine but wnen I use the app it has stopped working I've tried different devices (Tablet /Phone) with the same error message.

    @bt_uk For more than 2 days,there is a fault with my broadband connection(without landline) and I don’t have a connection in my house.Reported the fault and even created a complaint about it, and NOBODY returned me back. As a worker who works from HOME,I regret for choosing you!
