@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

@TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

Hey @BTCare Loyal customer for 15yrs, you charge me £190 to leave, I send all the hardware back(2 routers, WiFi extenders). Don't use the SIM, no data used for mnths, I cancel & you send my £40 "debt" to awful Moorcroft mafia. I contact them on #MSE. Nada. It's not a good look.
