  • KirstyTonge Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • oafc617 OAFCDambuster #MHFA (@oafc617) reported from Oldham, England

@Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

  • PatsyT31 PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England

After yet another no-show by @WeAreOpenreach today, we rang @bt_uk CS team who said they would call back with an update. Almost 6 hours later, no call received. You call this "service"?

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

  • louise_rogerson Louise Rogerson (@louise_rogerson) reported from Manchester, England

  • chloethomasecom Chloe Thomas 〓〓 (@chloethomasecom) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare Although.... I suppose total lack of a line could be considered an issue!

  • RichardCasey NO YOU SHUT UP! (@RichardCasey) reported

@bt_uk You mean like the *spam* that claimed i had two phone lines with BT simultaneously, despite never having been sent a bill for it in the two years i was with you? Wait, no, that was actually something BT did and then defended for nearly three years...

  • kimtendo64 𝕂 𝕀 𝕄 𝕄 𝕐 🤙🏼 (@kimtendo64) reported

@bt_uk hey I wondered if you could help me - my broadband has gone up to £52 since Feb and I’m unsure why?

  • chloethomasecom Chloe Thomas 〓〓 (@chloethomasecom) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare Hi Gareth, Thanks good guess, but there isn't a line for there to be an issue with... we're hoping to connect a new building to the network, and waiting on notification of when they want to do a site visit to price the connection. (and for the router to arrive)
