    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @bt_uk It's an intermittent problem, so I've tested & it's come back up and running only to drop off again 2 seconds later, run the tests again and it works... landline has no signal and then signal.... hub is blue I've reset it, my phone won't even join it at all but the pc on and off

    @bt_uk Daily phone calls for 3 weeks - several cancelled dates since May - Openreach will not say why they cancel every order. The property had internet in March

    @bt_uk Hey BT always have had reliable service but your new packages you are offering online aren't great. I did have blue light discount last year can you readd that back on onto the deals?

    @bt_uk we have a problem with our hub. Service has been on and off all day and now my phone won't connect and the password won't work but it remains unchanged. So the hub isn't working and odd things are happening 🤔😔 please #broadband #help #broadbandissue
