@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

Our phone lines had been down for over a week, as usual @bt_uk were no help whatsoever. We pay well over the odds for shoddy speeds on our broadband and our phones as a business and their support is dreadful. About time you stepped up!!!

@bt_uk I agreed to switch to your broadband. Nearly 1 month after the date it should be live and still nothing. Customer service = polite but giving inaccurate info and not delivering on promises. I was promised a call back by a given date. But nothing. Where do I go next?

@bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?
