    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk No unfortunately, there is no know. Service outage, however, all the SIM cards on my account are having the same problem, calls cutting off after a few seconds of being connected, data going slow and unable to connect.

    @bt_uk Thanks for that, but the issue is the App. Our Moniter works fine but wnen I use the app it has stopped working I've tried different devices (Tablet /Phone) with the same error message.

    Looks like telephone scammers are using information @bt_uk are openly leaking about their customers to convince those customers that they work for @bt_uk. They use the "Forgotten your login details?" page to get information about the customer's email address.
