@TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk We’re now on day 8 in WV3. After 5 days with no internet we now have another problem. Broadband comes back for an hour or two then off it goes again. !!! It’s off again this morning. Most of my whole road. Absolutely ridiculous. Liz Jones.
