I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

@bt_uk I’m so annoyed been on a chat all day with BT. Problem not resolved. Sent an email with a phone number at 2pm. Phoned the number and had to start again. At 3 I got the internet again having lost a days business. I was assured it’s all fixed and wouldn’t be an issue again.

@bt_uk We have new equipment maybe this will work and maybe we won't be randomly disconnected again. There other broadband suppliers and maybe they don't have a policy of transferring people from person to another and then failing to deal with the issue.

@bt_uk Hi. I recently took out a BT Full Fibre contract, and was promised the service would start yesterday. Needless to say it hasn't, and I am wondering if you ever intend it to do, or if sending me the router, at an up front cost of £29 was just a way of disappointing 👉
