Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Options seem limited!!
