I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

After 2hrs+ being passed from pillar to post @bt_uk customer service have hung up. How difficult can be it be to change address on a system then send an engineer to fit a master socket to the new property? For BT this seems to be too difficult. Not good enough. I work from home

@bt_uk Basically BT hv mixed up my address with another, same house number but separate post codes & locations. This has been going on for a year. The other address decided to move to another provider (don’t blame them) & BT instead of stopping their service stoped mine 🤔
