@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@peterbrownbarra @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk Makes sense because the home landline services that do exist are being converted from analog to digital so don't work when there's a power outage, though I'd hazard a guess that the one in the picture isn't being maintained! Are the retained working kiosks being kept as analog?

@wpduk @bt_uk Thanks Steve. A 30 sec power outage lead to a 12 min BT hub reboot. Not the first time that’s happened. Outages are one thing but no idea why some of the tech reboots so slowly.

@Holledge @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk All utilities should be city owned. Otherwise this is the result. Edinburgh is riddled with examples of why the corner-cutting privatisation of utilities is and will continue to fail the population. There are so many entities in the way of better/more integrated infrastructure.
