@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@btsport hi iam getting grey screen keep popping on and off the. Back to game constantly, watching game off Xbox, I have installed it and reinstalled it and still not working, isn't the Xbox as everything else is working fine it the app. How to fix please
