    @bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

    @bt_uk your customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Been without broadband since Wednesday. Mis-diagnosed the issue and now its Wednesday before you can send an engineer. Shocking.

    @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

    @AgiBergman @AnyVan @bt_uk We're with Vodaphone for broadband, but also use different mobile providers. We found Virgin broadband a rip off and EE, due to links with BT, a disappointment. We'd both been with T-Mobile and Orange for a decade but EE/BT sucks. We use GiffGaff, Voxi, 3 & Vodaphone mobile. 😎

    @bt_uk Expedite the issue! I have been in contact (as you 'suggest') EVERY SINGLE DAY THIS WEEK. And I am on the phone to them right now. I want every precious hour of the rest of my life NOT to be wasted calling you! If you won't send a working sim, send a burner phone or something!

    @bt_uk Hi Aled. My unhappiness with price is not the issue. It’s the fact that I was told my package was identical, only to find that it wasn’t when I wanted to watch something and then that I need to pay extra. I felt hoodwinked. All now resolved.

    @alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp First 7 were down to Openreach twice digging thru their own BT landline cable!! when laying Br'band cable a mile away. They kept omitting to put manhole cover back after temp repairs, so every time it rained ...Then also eventually found cable rubbing against trees nearer to home

    @AgiBergman @AnyVan @bt_uk BT is a law unto itself. Any problems with them, go through your local councillor. Their track record is not good. BT told us it would take 3-6 months to install broadband. 😶 Our house had no phone connection at all. Our current broadband provider took an hour & a half. 🙄

    @alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp On 4th & 5th occasion, I went down, put plastic sack over manhole, then t'cover on top. Stopped the problem, until subsequent times they did temp repairs & again left cover off afterwards...Different engineer each time; no history of fault ever passed on 🙄 Worst firm in Europe

    @bt_uk upgraded broadband on Monday. Not worked since Tuesday am. Engineers visits, 2 hubs tried. Hours spent on the phone. Currently in q for 50mins. Very poor. Time to switch supplier I think.

    @AgiBergman @bt_uk Zen. Based in Huddersfield and although I’m not with them now (just down to circumstances) they were always very good, with guaranteed average speeds and low contention ratios. Good customer services too, il be back with them soon...
