If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

@bt_uk Not happy😩 Our line has been problematic since February with issues resolved in July but recently risen again. Didn’t appreciate this mornings engineer saying he couldn’t do anything & not returning or your customer services team hanging up this afternoon! #disappointed

@bt_uk I forgive the customer service agent because of the current climate. But you need to train your agents to act professionally and if they can’t resolve and issue to raise it up the line so a satisfactory resolution can be made.

@bt_uk Avoid bt services if you can as you just be left frustrated and disappointed. The engineer came to fix the slow broadband speeds only to leave me with no broadband access for 3 days. Hate BT and it’s dire services. Customer services keep hanging up on our calls
