    Hi @OpenreachHelp and @BTCare. I’ve been without a phone line now for 6+ hours, and subsequently no internet. 2 @WeAreOpenreach vans seen in the area without resolution. Reported to @SkyHelpTeam who have escalated to you. Any chance of an update?

    @bt_uk not happy. Internet has been dropping for weeks now. All the money I pay and still not rectified. Promised a new hub. Still not delivered. Might as Well throw money down the drain. @BTCare

    Hi @BTCare Just switched to #btmobile but finding poor signal issues locally. The BT app automatically connects to hot spots. Is it secure?

    @MotoGP It may be, but you allowed the cancellation instead of reschedule for the next day, very poor on you and the teams who blocked the reschedule to Monday it’s not even like you are racing next weekend!!!! I think @btsport should get a refund

    @BTCare Thanks for replying Dee. Chat should have got someone to ring me. Service is getting worse. The visit was for a broadband fault. The fibre service I’m getting is the worst I have ever had - shocking. Even an appliance that is hard wired in is failing. Really disappointed.

    @BTCare Phone number 01538528809 you tell me, my partner has just been on the phone to your help desk for 50 minutes only to be told that the team she was advised she needs to speak to didn’t want to and it would have to be a complaint?? Beyond belief!

    @BTCare Despite several attempts, nobody has confirmed what is causing the issue and no, despite several requests an engineer has not been arranged!

    @BTCare Hi, i’ve just had a generic e-mail saying my complaint has been dealt with and closed,NO-ONE has spoken to me and given me a explanation. This is absolutely shocking customer service. I’m going to the ombudsman.

    @BTCare no one has been out, i haven't been asked to do much at really, been sent a WiFi location info sheet (but that isn't the problem really!), and im getting called back next Tuesday (could be Saturday, but i said in the week is easier, (Next time lady is working again). #NotFair

    @BTCare Well the 14th has come and gone and still no broadband. @BTCare @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp you’re all as bad as each other. It’s just a shame @virginmedia can’t install until 29th. @itvMLshow my suggestion would be don’t move at all!😡
