    @bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

    @MotoGP It may be, but you allowed the cancellation instead of reschedule for the next day, very poor on you and the teams who blocked the reschedule to Monday it’s not even like you are racing next weekend!!!! I think @btsport should get a refund

    @BTCare Thanks for replying Dee. Chat should have got someone to ring me. Service is getting worse. The visit was for a broadband fault. The fibre service I’m getting is the worst I have ever had - shocking. Even an appliance that is hard wired in is failing. Really disappointed.

    @bt_uk Your customer service is an absolute joke. My parents have had issues with their phone line since before xmas and when you finally sent an engineer on Friday he mixed up the lines so now they have swapped numbers with my uncle and cannot use the internet.

    @BTCare We received a new hub (hub 4- we used to have a hub 5 but it got fried in the storm) we’ve got all the cables fixed but our Wi-fi is slower than ever... I’ve had to walk out to the end of our road to get signal to use 4g to send this... #FarmLife
