@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

2 times been out to broadband.. this time can’t even be arsed turn up after another afternoon waiting in absolutely pathetic can’t even get through on the phone after 38 minutes .. direct message no reply.. absolutely shocking customer service @BTCare 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

Dont usually post but feel compelled. @btsport's coverage of the ashes is easily the worst thing I've ever seen (and paid for). Aussie commentary is excruciating, Matt Smith flapping about, teribble. Only upshot is Isa Guha who has been fantastic. Thanks.

@bt_uk The service has been disconnected due to an unsafe pole I believe. But we have had no communication about it and with a household working from home it is causing a huge issue and we have no idea how long it will take to get reconnected.

@LaurieDalrymple We were planning to go though tested positive in the morning so decided not to go !!! So unfortunately leaving our 4 seats empty :-( Even missed it on @btsport as having a family PCR test. Excellent service from #testandtrace. Hopefully the govt will let the #biggame happen!!
