@bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@bt_uk awful service so far on the fibre broadband. Tried to call twice and your agents lines are awful and ask me to call back. Yeh I have another 30min to waste in a queue. Message me please as need my fibre connecting that’s already a week late. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

@bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

@bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@dvernalls @cyberco @bt_uk The closure of the analogue PSTN network has actually been in the works since at least 2015 and in the last year have we seen more mass migrations off it as Communication Providers start ramping up to full scale mass migrations in order to hit the 2025 deadline.

@bt_uk Please provide an update on the fault in LL65/Holyhead? Phone line & Wifi down since yesterday. BT fault page says no issues. My dad is without ANY means of communication (relies on wifi calling) & urgently awaiting a call from hospital regarding my mum. Needs sorting ASAP

@bt_uk Ive spoke to them many time, and theyre the ones that keep opening the order and closing a week later due to unknown reasons. Why they cant keep the order open until the move is complete is a mystery. And still my services are live at the old place. Monumentally bad service.

@bt_uk Your"team" don't know what they're talking about. The problem could be caused by the broadcaster (BT) not updating the EPG correctly, the BT Youview hardware or the Youview platform. Basically it's a crappy system. Thanks anyway.

@bt_uk I've been waiting over 1 month for broadband to be installed. 1st installation date the engineer never showed up. 2nd installation date was delayed by >1 week with <12 hours notice. Now been told installation is on Friday 17th September...could you please confirm this?
