@hayley_siddons @bt_uk It's everywhere... mines been down since midnight... East Anglia...

  • hscrutton helen reid (@hscrutton) reported

@2plus3times5 @bt_uk We live in a village. It took 4 months to get BT to put in any kind of line let alone broadband. Eventually I emailed the CEO. It got resolved. They still charged me a fortune for the privilege. We have absolutely no mobile signal. Why is this not important to them?!

  • DaiNorman D B (@DaiNorman) reported

@bt_uk Hi Aisling,No contact or explanation why the line has not been installed, survey was carried out then 5 consecutive no shows by enginner, service provider just rebooks visit without escalating issue.

  • 2plus3times5 Xavier Sprocker (@2plus3times5) reported

@aidanedwards__ @bt_uk It's down all over the country... So called no interference digital switchover... Utter bollocks and they know it! Not had any here since midnight last night.

  • DaiNorman D B (@DaiNorman) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hi-i’ve had 7 appointments with openreach engineers to install a phone line, only 2 times has an engineer visited and no work done,@bt_uk service provider refuse to escalate this issue, please advise

  • thedanielcowan Daniel Cowan (@thedanielcowan) reported

Unacceptable service @bt_uk - no internet for 3 days and the engineer you sent to fix the issue at the exchange is a 3rd party contractor who can’t do that. We booked the morning off work for this monumental waste of time.

  • dogday80 box1 (@dogday80) reported

@bt_uk The complaint was raised on Friday, numerous times I was told my official complaint had a deadline of yesterday for someone to call me with a response, so now we are onto an official complaint about an official complaint amazing.

  • PedroLaBarba Pedro La Barba (@PedroLaBarba) reported

@bt_uk Hi, Clare. How are you? I assume my tone came across as rude - I apologise unreservedly. I was aiming for flippant, not accusatory. Your team have been nothing but lovely (Laura & Aisling especially). That said, doesn't 18 days after our agreed moving date seem unreasonable?

  • systemforce System Force I.T. (@systemforce) reported

@SinclairDayAcct @bt_uk I do too, but for example - I know a family member who isn't keen on technology and never uses their phone, so they rely on a landline to make calls to doctors etc. However, technology has advanced that much, that there is no need for landlines, and Voice over IP is just better!

  • 2plus3times5 Xavier Sprocker (@2plus3times5) reported

@fbuist @bt_uk Same in East Anglia... Told me they were upgrading to digital phone lines and Internet would be fine... went down at midnight still nothing...
