    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    2 times been out to broadband.. this time can’t even be arsed turn up after another afternoon waiting in absolutely pathetic can’t even get through on the phone after 38 minutes .. direct message no reply.. absolutely shocking customer service @BTCare 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement 🖕🖕🖕

    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

    @bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

    @bt_uk oh look my net is down again for the umpteenth time this week. I would ring but it’s literally a waste of time as you don’t give a crap. The service is the worst I have ever had and I’ve had sky! Acknowledge the bigger problem and fix your connections to villages! Awful.

    @bt_uk I am currently unable to access the landline number as the bt website is down and I don't actually have a landline phone so I've never really used it, is there any other way of doing it?

    @btsport Sort out your ******* service. Your PS4 app is broken. Your iOS app is broken. Your browser-based streaming is appalling in Safari, Chrome and FF. This is why people pirate and share streams, there is no incentive to pay to watch live/replays which don't work.
