If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

@bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@bt_uk Home move booked and confirmed for Monday 12th. Two days later I get a text to advise its been moved to the Thursday 15th. On phone now trying to get a resolution, but the advisor basically wants to give me a couple of quid to go away and find my own solution. Not happy.

@bt_uk hello I have a bt broadband package and I have had numerous issues with the following error ( couldn't authenticate connrction) this is thr same issue using 3 different devices and when it does connect. I lose Internet a few times a day. Can you help?
