I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

heebee (@KHC99d) reported@bt_uk @Xkay26x Our mother has been waiting weeks and let down on numerous occasions. Told to escalate. Escalating doesn’t make a difference. Same with our work contract - nobody cares and they re not to be trusted anymore. Since EE took over they’re appalling
