    @bt_uk Over 2 weeks now , your Internet has been more than ****, when you live in remote village you rely on the Internet, when it keeps on not connected is no clever, GET IT SORTED

    @bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

    @bt_uk Why we moved to @sky all we had with bt was drop outs. Check your area first, make the right decision based on service and not adverts.

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @paullewismoney @bt_uk BT have a duty of care, to ensure anyone with emergency access needs can always get through to their support. Elderly for example with life line devices, that don't have broadband or a mobile phone need support 24/7 from BT
