Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls
