. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

is going to be saving about £10 a month on my Broadband by switching from Sky to @BT_UK (same package) & thanks to that switch i'll also be saving about £4 on my @EE mobile phone bill as well. A massive thanks to the #EE customer service person who sorted it out for me earlier.

@bt_uk has never experienced such inadequacies from a provider. Two weeks without broadband, insufficient service for support paid for, no communication regarding issues, endless hours on the phone to customer service, products delivered to incorrect addresses. Don’t recommend.

After an very frustrating time with @bt_uk trying to get 2 churches' broadband reconnected after they made a mistake, talking to 20 different members of staff who only made things worse, the wonderful Aimie solved the problem efficiently and professionally. Credit where it's due!

@BritishTelecom All @btsport & @NOWSport channels not working since yesterday. BT box reset numerous times and factory reset also done. All ‘terrestrial’ channels working fine. Is there a known issue?
