  Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?   @bt_uk are absolute *****. After 10 yrs of patchy WiFi we’ve made the move to another provider. 1 week before switch off they have turned off our WiFi . Thanks for nothing, mediocre pricks. I won’t hold my breath for a refund as I have long experience of your “customer service”

  The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk
