He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Danny Nicholson (@dannynic) reported@bt_uk Hi Claire. Sorry, didn’t follow up as it got a little better. It’s still intermittent over the weekend. Keep getting disconnects at random times. Maybe a router issue?
