@bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@RossiterTHFC @btsport I spoke to @btsport this morning the first time round they didn’t help at all then 2 more payments came out and then decide to help and was told that it was happening to other people. Was told should have money back in next 5 working days

@bt_uk Hi Paddy. The channel's working fine but the Channel 4/E4/Film 4 etc schedule says 'no information available' from 7am Saturday to Monday. Perhaps it's a @Channel4 scheduling issue?
