I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet.
