@bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

@SkyUK I'm happy I left. @SkyUK took 2 years to fix a line fault? I wouldn't say that was award winning. I now pay a little extra to @bt_uk and receive a fantastic service. It never goes below the speeds I pay for, and it works!
-
Archie Johnstone (@ArchieJ35729086) reported
@bt_uk Another display of Bt incompetence.. waiting for over 4 months for my Neighbour to get a connection from my land. 4 appointments booked by them to come out and do connection 4 no shows. Really poor show and they still have to do it...pathetic.
-
Steve Moore (@StevieNo3) reported
@bt_uk It's BT, the service has switched to Hybrid Connect as there's an issue at the exchange. The fault has been closed twice without being resolved, the current open one has been "running" since 20 Feb.
-
Nico Molfino (@Lemonybubble) reported
@btsport Fix your ****, stop charging people for your broken *** app. No wonder you had to sell...
-
Paul (@8gzd8k76nM) reported
@ShaVerZ_ @SkyUK @bt_uk Sky don’t fix line faults, Openreach do as its their network. When you moved from Sky to BT you stay on the same line you just pay a different provider for the same broadband. I’m not surprised its never gone down because the fault was resolved? ********
