    @bt_uk Why we moved to @sky all we had with bt was drop outs. Check your area first, make the right decision based on service and not adverts.

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk not happy with your customer service today! I placed an order online and price on confirmation email states £20 extra! I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

    @btsport poor commentary team tonight. Ian Darke and Lucy Ward just kept on about Leeds all night, even went through the Leeds bench telling us who played for the U23..Darke actually worked out which one was Neto tonight, last time he was Neves or Moutinho

    @bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk after the rude, stuck up, arrogant useless person I spoke to in the week. Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

    Why the #BTsport app so odd I will never know, I’m watching by the Man U matched, & I’m like 1hr behind the live stream, I reach 22mins and it kicks me off and there’s no catch up on the site :/ - if I done a illegal atleast I would of got sole of the end kmt

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach We just spoke to an @WeAreOpenreach engineer outside today who said it might be the splitters, and they might be able to fix it today.. but we are 40d in and still hearing "might" and no actual diagnosed problem & solution :/

    @bt_uk Good morning. I’m a BT 900 customer w- halo, phone, Sport & Mobile. Pay £72 a month. I’m now v. unhappy that I am subsidising new customers to get a free year of Gamepass Ultimate. If I take out a new 2 year contract, could I have the 1 years free Gamepass code too? thanks

    Hi @bt_uk how do I make a complaint against BT Mobile? There is no option to do this on your website. I have received shocking service from BT Mobile over a prolonged period. Broadband you are great, for mobile you have been shockingly poor. Thanks
