@Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

@bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

@RebeccaAnneByr1 @bt_uk Your service connected, when the necessary team at Openreach either create extra capacity or divert your set up to another cabinet. I suggest you don’t cancel your order as you will wait longer to get setup, it won’t matter if you choose another CP the same delay will happen 2/2

Then after completing the work (which appears to be replacement of drainpipes and guttering), the TV aerial was re-attached, now facing a different direction so no longer functions. I wonder whether @bt_uk would be willing to come out to fix a problem that they didn't cause 🤔

@bt_uk Why are your retention deals crap. It's like you really want me to go to @virginmedia I would already be there mind you had @virginmedia sorted the contract correctly where my end matched theirs. No way i was relying on 'It will be fine, it shows at this end' on the phone.
