Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
