@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

@steveburnley @bt_uk Be entitled to some compensation then mate as a minimum. Give them a call and report a fault. May just be a fault on the network. 👍🏻

  • em19rose94 Em 🌹 (@em19rose94) reported from Birmingham, England

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  • AlexNewbury Alex Newbury (@AlexNewbury) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

  • barcamark Living The Dream⛳⛳ (@barcamark) reported from Wombourne, England

@btsport Can you offer an option to mute the idiot and his daughter?

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

  • THECUBANS john@acamvideo.com (@THECUBANS) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

  • AlexNewbury Alex Newbury (@AlexNewbury) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

  • jokers_tailor Jozef Koztelo (@jokers_tailor) reported from Birmingham, England

Can you not have lost the audio while Robbie Savage was chatting ****? @btsport @btsportfootball

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

  • Janekelly25 Jane kelly (@Janekelly25) reported

@btsport UFC. What's happened to the enhanced player on browser, where the event is broken down into chapters and you can just straight to the start of any fight.

  • Norris15_Richie Richie Norris (@Norris15_Richie) reported

@bt_uk No I’d rather let everyone know not to bother coming across to BT, I’ve just spent 40 minutes talking to your ‘customer service’ team for them to fob me off again! 67 days and counting

  • Jobbie1874 Jobbie King🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Jobbie1874) reported

@bt_uk That answers my question. You obviously don't own the fibre network in my street. Thus you are now charging me triple the price at 5% of the new speed. My customer loyalty to BT for 11 years is now costing me money.

  • RossFinlay2001 Ross Finlay (@RossFinlay2001) reported

@bt_uk Why can't you help with BT manufactured products when they are brought elsewhere and we need them to resolve our wifi issues? I've been told you can't help yet you are the same company. All you do is give us nonsense excuses as to why you cannot provide us what we pay. Shambles

  • Janekelly25 Jane kelly (@Janekelly25) reported

@bt_uk Switched last March only now do I discover that I have to set up a new email domain, with no help whatever to do it.

  • BexBitchDrummer Bex 👩‍🚀 (@BexBitchDrummer) reported

@Studonnyblade @bt_uk Apparently it’s an issue at the interchange

  • Bethany15787286 Bethany Jordan (@Bethany15787286) reported

Absolutely dreadful customer service from BT these past few days. Error on their end and no communication from them and now I’m without WiFi which is needed to work from home😡😤😤 @bt_uk

  • FreezoneIsm Ism-freezone💙🇭🇹🕊🌹🐬🐈😽💋💐 (@FreezoneIsm) reported

@KateOsborneMP @RichardBurgon @bt_uk Thank you so much for this... I received a letter from BT advising me to go online/ use the BT app, to check my balance/pay my bill & avoid a late-payment charge (£7.50). I've never done this, I've always had a paper bill & paid that way. Water bill arrived ok...
