@bt_uk Why we moved to @sky all we had with bt was drop outs. Check your area first, make the right decision based on service and not adverts.

  • RPATS2
Richard Paterson (@RPATS2) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

  • Joninwhite
Old and Gold (@Joninwhite) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@wickwarwolf @btsport One hour and a half wait on the phone today to cancel sports package on Virgin Media. If I want to add it back on it would take 2 minutes online. #virginmedia

  • euanwab
    Euan (@euanwab) reported

@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

  • HounslowParking
    Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported

@bt_uk Please can you tell me why your service is so useless? You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Your staff are utterly clueless and inept. #btareuseless
