@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

Many weeks notice to @btbusinesscare @BTGroup to install a new high speed home internet line. 6 weeks later- not completed. Plenty of excuses & misinformation though. One hand not knowing where the other one is! Shoddy service means I can’t do critical Zoom or Teams video mtgs
