@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service-25th June was promised “loyalty package” stop going to sky bb/talk. Activation due today, received hub yesterday-still no broadband. Call & ask why told someone went in account 2nd July and canx it & left no reason. Still without BB &no date

Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

@bt_uk Bt have sent people out to check mine and say it’s fine, still problems so sent a new hub out, made no difference, all mobile devices have trouble streaming and have to switch wifi off and let them stream through 4g.

Well @bt_uk, do you deliberately tell lies, or do your systems make you do it? Promised a compensation payment for the Third time last week - within 5 days - again failed to show in my bank. Beginning to wish I'd never changed to your broadband!
