Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

I signed up for @TalkTalk #fullfibre and I’ve gone from full wifi access over my house to only the kitchen having reliable signal and apparently the answer is pay extra for full house. I can access neighbours @bt_uk and @virginmedia signal but not my own #notgoodenough

And to top it all, @bt_uk have failed to again failed to fix my broadband by the promised time. Only the 6th failure and they still want me to pay the bill, despite being completely cut off from phone and internet. Been out since 2022-12-17 04:52

@TherionWare @bt_uk Make a formal complaint and at each point they tell you there’s nothing more they can do, escalate it. And keep doing so. To the Chief Exec if need be. It will eventually end up with someone who can fix it. Worked for me.

@virginmedia I have been on the phone with them 6 times. And the last call got cut off. Is there anyone I can speak who is in the UK and can actually resolve ? Otherwise I am off to @bt_uk for a reliable service.
