Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I’m having problems with my Wifi this am - I have a BT halo, it keeps trying to reconnect - but then goes purple again. Any tips? I’m a teacher trying to work from home and doing live lessons - so stress levels are high!!
