    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk That answers my question. You obviously don't own the fibre network in my street. Thus you are now charging me triple the price at 5% of the new speed. My customer loyalty to BT for 11 years is now costing me money.

    @bt_uk Customer service said I had to wait 24 hours to let systems catch up with the cancellation before trying to place a ‘new’ order, so if there’s a way to fast track it let me know! Netflix sent me an email about the cancellation within about 5 mins …

I received a letter from BT advising me to go online/ use the BT app, to check my balance/pay my bill & avoid a late-payment charge (£7.50). I've never done this, I've always had a paper bill & paid that way. Water bill arrived ok...

    @bt_uk @BTCare following a BT broadband outage in my area that lasted all day from 04:00 until 17:15, my partner was unable to carry out her role as it is internet dependent. She has lost a day’s pay due to this. What can you do about this?
