@bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

@bt_uk no phone or wifi for a week! Thank goodness for the mini hub although could do with 2-3 as constantly having to move it round the house to get some signal. Only a week to go until you fix it, yay!!!

Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

@bt_uk Not right. We have had problems before and it was rectified. Other people in the village are having all itemised calls printed. What is the point in us paying you £3 if we can't see the calls. We are in negotiations with another supplier.
