@bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

@bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.
