I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

@bt_uk Trying to get through to a human to discuss was enough. Accessing my emails. Getting emails the client ID used for over 10 years up until the “security” issue many BT users were told they had last weekend. All a bit of a mess really.

  • jford19941 Josh (@jford19941) reported

@bt_uk slyly emailing me in the middle of the night (hoping I miss it) to tell me they’re increasing our charge by 20% upon renewal for no increase in service. Sayonara, adios, eat my *** etc

@bt_uk Says I must have made an error, which I know I haven’t. Speed is just under 13mb…. A bit slow methinks!

  • SX2Gaming SX2 (@SX2Gaming) reported

@wideawakewesley @bt_uk I've got this issue, my BT GP sub expired months ago but I already had Game Pass so it extended it but now it's showing my game pass still being managed by BT until 2024. I just assumed it would fix it's self then but apparently not. This sucks.

  • cstokie Mick phillips (@cstokie) reported
