  @bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?

Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.

  @bt_uk @stokeygurl I’ve not been able to get into my online account for weeks due to a fault caused when BT upgraded their system a few weeks ago. No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence I’m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!
