    One set peice is all @Everton did with 11v11 and yes @Wolves didn't offer much either but @btsport @DFletcherSport and Inspector Gadget have gone on like Everton were giving us a lesson! It was a poor watch from both sides but I just hate one sided commentators! Scouse twat!

    @BTCare Can I speak to someone about this please in the meantime? The OpenReach survey is for a new development across the road. In the meantime they just need to run a cable from an existing post that already serves my next door neighbour. Fairly sure someone is confusing the 2 issues?

    @bt_uk @BTCare Someone told my mum he would ring back today to sort an ongoing fault we’ve been dealing with regarding our wifi hub, and your help desk has been useless. No closer to sorting the problem and it’s already charged us over £100 for wifi we haven’t used.

    @btsport @BT Why bother recording a programme when the previous one over runs? I recorded True Grit that aired straight after the Speedway Grand Prix and it recorded only half an hour? You're quick enough upping prices but can't solve a little issue like this! PATHETIC!

    So I was told by @btcare - following more backwards and forwards, emails, calls while I was out of the country on business - that I would now get a pre-paid Mastercard with £60. This arrived a few weeks ago. The PIN would follow. Inevitably, it never did. (cont)

    Is this is a record @BTCare ? At Christmas, I took out a family SIM and was told I would get Amazon vouchers as a bonus. I think it was £50 or £60. The vouchers never arrived. I raised a complaint in February. This took so long to resolve the original Amazon deal finished. (cont)

    @BelkinCares Nope never connected to their network, but @BTCare devices have a private and public (FON) network and I will have connected to the Fon in the past on my computer, not on the extender tho. I’ll try a factory reset later and see how that goes

    @BTCare Hi Shane, It only seems to be like this when Playing online Rocket league. There's times when I have my ping at 20 and then days where it sits at 500+ and makes things unplayable. Customer Service did nothing for us on the phone

    @BTCare 23:10 and still no call back. Hub still flashing yellow. Don't know whether I'm losing half days leave for nothing tomorrow. Maybe I'll take this up with my MP, local press and Office of fair trading. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
