As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

@bt_uk @Rowly10 @btsportscore The Leicester vs West Brom game on Thursday should have been in UHD but due to some technical issues this wasn’t able to be broadcast and only HD coverage was available to both Virgin & BT customers. This issue is also why some customers also experienced some problems as well

More spam from @bt_uk telling us superfast fibre is now available in our area. Which is weird, as when we were with BT Business as an ISP, we had VDSL2 3 years ago, but the service was so bad we moved to @zeninternet instead.. But now we're on BT's marketing email list...
