  Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  Isn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
