@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

@bt_uk helli, what's going on with by email? Error message saying website unsafe, and now a weird log in page that doesn't work anyway. No answer from phone helpline. Seems I'm not alone in this issue. Please at least advise what's going on and how long til it's rectified. Thx

@bt_uk I'm trying to connect to BT Mail. I'm getting 'Your connection is not private'. I've tried different broswers (Chrome and Edge) and different laptops. Downdetector shows there is a spike in problems from 4pm.
