Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

@bt_uk @bt_uk also has engineers that don’t turn up, staff that promise to call you and never do or lie about emails they never sent. They also charge you for internet but don’t provide it. Then you have to wait an hour before they answer your call. Apart from that 0/10 👍🏻
