@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk no phone or wifi for a week! Thank goodness for the mini hub although could do with 2-3 as constantly having to move it round the house to get some signal. Only a week to go until you fix it, yay!!!

Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

@bt_uk You have not helped me for weeks, yes weeks. You tell me there is a connection problem but no one comes to resolve it. How do I get help from BT ? They respond but do not come to help me. I obviously have problems with BT. No help though. None.
