  @bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

  @bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

  @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

  @bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

  @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

  @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?
