    @Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

    @bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

    @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk not usually one to complain on social media but we've been without any broadband service since Jan 30. Doing daily battle to try to get this resolved. Exhausted by this and trying to work from home via 2 bars 4G. And you closed my complaint!

    @bt_uk So you want us, the customer to pay EXTRA if YOUR systems fail ?. If your system fails YOU should be doing all you can to fix it and making sure you can keep up with your end of the contract AND paying us for the inconvenience. You make billions and you want more ?.

    I was searching for a new broadband provider the other day via @UswitchUK when I found a good deal with @virginmedia. Then someone who works for them knocked on my door offering the same “wow” deal but for £4 more? This kind of clumsy service makes me think I’ll stick with @bt_uk

    @OpenreachHelp I know it was Openreach engineers who installed the fibre on our road (I chatted to them at the time) & there’s no other network providers infrastructure. @bt_uk have confirmed they are paying Money Expert to knock on doors, so sounds like they are making false claims at the door

    @bt_uk I spent 1 1/2 hours on Thurs trying to sort this. Waited 2 days for yet another router cos it 'wasn't' the network New router same problem, again More days with patchy service, more time sorting this out, more time waiting for yet another engineer This acceptable??
