@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk hey BT I've recently switched to you away from Virgin and wish I'd not bothered. Today (Saturday) my broadband broke and it seems you'll try and fix it for Thursday. When you rely on broadband to work from home then that's just unacceptable. Dreadful, just dreadful.

@bt_uk She wants to upgrade her broadband as per her latest bill. Which was better for no cost. But then kept being nudged towards a digital phone. Which she doesn’t want she cannot use it. We had a similar problem like this two years ago when getting the old package.
