@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk Yes, everyday, still nothing, day 4 of no services this time. In total 28 days of no service in the last 4 months. Unable to work from home. Mifi device reset 3 times, still doesn't work. Ill try cust. service again for next few hours as I've obviously got nothing better to do

@HelsS19 @bt_uk Good luck! The trick is to make it very clear you are neither backing down nor walking away until they sort it and you expect to be compensated. They truly are awful at customer service, you need to keep demanding a supervisor until you get one who listens.
