I pity the poor person @btsport who has to stay up all night to hit the button that mutes and redacts the in-game sponsor mentions during the @MLB @HRDerbyGame & @AllStarGame. I think I’ll just get an @mlbatbat subscription next year

@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@KateCopestake @BTGroup @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Had a spate of these calls a couple of months back. Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

@xainth @IanDunt @bt_uk This isn't correct. The padlock symbol on a website *only* signifies that the connection between your computer and the web server is encrypted. Any website can be configured to support encrypted connections.

I despair at how old people are treated by companies who want to cut their client support costs. @bt_uk asking an 88 year old to set up an online account so sort their account ting mess up goes beyond the acceptable. @age_uk really should get on to this.
