@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@AllegroEddie @bt_uk Does the hub have a blue circle on the front, or a red WAN port on the back if it’s an old one? You can’t have your bb profile live on 2 systems, so once you go to FTTP the old service stops.
