I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove Same here. We are using the mini hub whilst waiting for fibre to the property to be installed (that’s a complaint for another tweet!) and every time we use iPlayer it stops working after a minute or so. Netflix, Amazon prime snd Disney+ all fine. Extremely frustrating!

@bt_uk But we’ve already had one text saying it’ll already be up and running as a temporary measure and that deadline has passed already. We need a solution sorted today; daughter has school work to do, I have work that needs to be online; the wife currently cannot work from home.

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for an engineer for high fibre BT, 5 confirming msgs to make sure we are in, followed by a no show engineer! 1.5 hrs calling customer service and now informed it will take 5 weeks to get the right cable! Unacceptable.
