@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk no phone or wifi for a week! Thank goodness for the mini hub although could do with 2-3 as constantly having to move it round the house to get some signal. Only a week to go until you fix it, yay!!!

I am going to have much deserved rant @EE and @BT @BTCare. Also if I try and message all I get is your infuriating BOT!! Having recently switched from BT to EE broadband went down 3pm yesterday. Mobile phone signals suck where I am so trying to call and speak to a human was a
