Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@btbusinesscare I think the problem is you say you want us to lock in a better deal, by renewing our contract, but you’re accidentally showing us the deals only available to new customers. Who am I supposed to complain to about this? Is it ofcom? Trading standards?

@btbusinesscare Tried this. No further forward. @WeAreOpenreach are apparently swtiching off our 300mbps service and have rolled out fibre to all but ten house in my area so the only option is a 75% downgrade. They have no idea when our sevice will be dropped, no idea when we will get fibre....
