    As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

    @bt_uk The company of Broken Truths, that's obviously what their initials stand for! Lie after lie after lie. Cancelled appointments, estimated repair date being pushed back further and further, broken promises to call back and excuses why our line hasn't been fixed sooner.

    @Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

    Just phoned to cancel my @btsport subscription that over the years has crept up from £20 to over £35 per month and was immediately offered a reduced rate of £20 pm !!! @MartinSLewis I cancelled anyway

    @bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @bt_uk Hi, just a follow-up to say that the fault tracker online now shows no issues, but everything is still *definitely* broken. (We've rebooted everything, it hasn't helped.) The fault on the tracker vanished at midnight exactly, so I assume some automatic expiry occured.

    @bt_uk We had to use vodaphone 4g as our bt internet is absolutely awful. Dropping in and out & slow. As for the EE backup? Maybe good in the city or town but no EE signal out in the sticks. 😳😡

    @MartinSLewis @bt_uk Have made it impossible for customers to access the essentials service due to a broken system or false information stored about customers on a database. Thanks for letting us know about it. BT certainly hide it well and it feels don't want customers to know

    Hey @toobbroadband our ridiculously expensive contract with @bt_uk ends in a month and we are desperate to get away from them. Are you able to say when your service will arrive in So198FN? Is it worth waiting a few weeks?
