@PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

@bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

@bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

@bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

@bt_uk Acc No. GB22100685 Tel No. 01328829274. This has been an ongoing issue for some time and he has only been offered £50 credit. The broadband is intermittent and he relies on it for communicating to the outside world because the phone line is near on useless!

@bt_uk Day one in to a broadband policy with #BT and they have taken over my line but I have no hardware and they cannot guarantee it will arrive even today!!! That's with 7-8 weeks prior notice. How stupid is the policy of sending the Hub on the day of connection. Great start!!

@bt_uk thought I would ring and join bt as seen a package that works for me. Call them and spend 11 minutes being transferred to 7 different people. Not one of them had a clue and told they had never heard of Bt Basic package. What a waste of time. Now to find someone else

@BTCare So 2 days before, I receive a text from openreach telling me that my installation will not be happening on Wed as promised - NO INTERNET SINCE 15 DEC as BT admitted they mucked up and now no end in sight. I find this unacceptable. HELP PLEASE CALL ME
