@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

Well @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

@bt_uk Hi, our internet and landline have been down for almost 2 hours. Called support who told us your systems are down so can't do anything for several hours. Last week phone line was down for a few days also. What's going on?

@ComethTheNerd @bt_uk Good luck with that; most other UK ISPs are just service companies who still use BT Openreach as their providers. Unless you have Virgin cable you're SoL.

@bt_uk Many residents do not fully understand the implications of losing the analogue service especially in terms of inability to make calls/emergency calls during power cuts. Those living in rural areas with minimal/no mobile signal are generally overlooked in these situations

@bt_uk I called @bt_uk this morning, as has a neighbour and the info we’ve been given is conflicting esp with regard to backup battery packs. Am reading Ofcom doc on protecting access to emergency organisations. Says free provision should be made to those in certain situations
