@btsport why do i bother subscribing for your service when I can get better free streams. Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

@bt_uk it appears that the only thing you consistently do well is providing poor customer service. Nearly 3 weeks and 5 hours on the phone to get a new router and TV box sent out and no proper apology or compensation despite being escalated to several different managers

@BTCare I ordered BT Fibre 900 in January and waited until middle of March for an engineer now had 4 engineers and still not working. Why am I having to contact you to find out what’s happening when you’re supposed to be the communications company?
