    @bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

    @bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

    Can you stop saying picture and picture during #WWENXT because its not true if it was this match would be carrying on not watching adverts And if its just for the USA Network that's not far for those like myself who can't have the USA Network but watch on #BTSport @WWENXT

    @SaintRobinho86 @SkySports @btsport The issue is that Spurs have already played Norwich in a friendly, so have already been in contact. The Norwich player won’t play against you so it doesn’t matter

    I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

    Well @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

    @btbusinesscare Dont waste your time. Our business has been without any service for 9 days now. Your engineer couldn't be arsed to turn up yesterday for the booked appointment . Your customer service is crap

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

    @BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

    @BTCare so I move home on Friday but can’t have my service connected for a few days; I’ve been sent a BTMinihub but it’s not connected; do I assume it starts working on Friday?

    @Mas79K @andNickMullins @btsport I know that, and it is better than not seeing the game at all. You can't use the app if you subscribe through Sky, so they take your money but don't give you the full benefits, I knew that before I subscribed through sky so not a complaint after the fact.

    After 65 days and who knows how many hours spent on the phone with various providers WE HAVE BROADBAND AGAIN. Thanks to @bt_uk for finally getting us back online. Absolutely no thanks at all to @Plusnet who caused the problem and weren’t able to fix it.

    @bt_uk My connection date keeps getting pushed back because the order fails to reach OpenReach (according to everyone I've spoken to). BT need to fix that otherwise this is going to carry on.

    @bt_uk yet again having issues with my phone line, logged support request Monday pm, expected fix 29th Jan, heard nothing so logged in to track the fault & now expected fix 3rd Feb wow & the fault will be in the exchange or the green box this I already know #badservice #noservice

    @bt_uk NEVER USE BT BROADBAND you need to sort my account. You cancelled my account rather than my late mother's and you haven't sorted mine to be reconnected, been on phone for 4 hours and nobody has sorted it. Needs sorting today SHOCKING SERVICE

    @oldspeak1 Having been in that exact position for the past 3 weeks having moved house and had the misfortune of having @bt_uk as a provider, I can confirm it is a terrible idea. I did try reading these static, printed books, but it just didn't feel the same as having a tablet in my hand
