@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

Because fundamentally, they are kids and have a psychological need to feel comfort. Without mum and dad online, they turn to filters.
