Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.
