It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

@bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

@IDNet have been amazing since we left BT,fixing problems BT said didn't exist & providing speed that we had been paying @bt_uk for but not receiving. But with current "major service outage" from @BTSopenreach & zero updates it appears leaving BT is a lot trickier than it shd be

@HannahLeah95 @bt_uk I’ve experienced similar service from BT/ Openreach many times. Taken them to Ombudsman and won every time. They still don’t learn. Once 2 men turned up to install, but said the bloke who knew what to do was on holiday, so couldn’t complete. Crap company.

.@bt_uk I've been a customer for two weeks (ex-Virgin Media). My broadband went down on Thursday. I've phoned four times and the offline team STILL have not completed my order, despite emails from the fault team. This needs to be escalated. I am not happy.
