  @PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
