@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@adamsummerton @btsport of* The only problem lies with the Saturday 3pm Blackout, which bans the Saturday 2pm from being shown and the opening 15 minutes of the Saturday 5pm Game. That of course is out of BT's control but it's not convenient purely because we have to find a way around via the bookies.

@bt_uk I've been without broadband since overnight Wednesday/Thursday. I've now spent two and a half hours on the phone with you and I've now been told that no one can help get my broadband back on until Monday. Is there anything you can do to speed things up?
