@btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@btsport disgruntled subscriber to both BTsport and a BTBroadband customer. Just bit a new 55 LG TV and I cannot load the app because if a licensing issue you have with them. Also tried screen mirroring which is blocked. So I pay you a subscription and can’t watch in my own home!

@girl_tinder @bt_uk I hear stories like yours all the time and BT and very fond of blaming the LA for not letting them work. When they haven’t even served a notice? The only issue here is if BT own the pylon? But if their apparatus is on it they are still responsible for for your lost service?.
