  @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

  As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

  Every time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.

  @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.
