In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

The FM Teacher (@Ryan_FMTeacher) reported from Coventry, EnglandFirst day of new @bt_uk fibre and we suffer a loss of signal. Luckily BT are sending a WiFi Mini Hub and an engineer tomorrow. One day we'll have fully functioning WiFi at a good speed 🙄
