    @bt_uk announce a new package 'complete wifi'. Yet at my house they haven't even installed fibre optic lines. Internet is horrendously slow, always has faults. WiFi in every room, you must be joking @BTCare

    @BTCare Yes they are. The router is a hub 5 and it’s blue but there’s no internet connection on phone or laptop. Don’t know if it’s a general problem or our router. Tried resetting, etc no joy

    @BTCare We got told of an ‘IT issue’ on the 5th October, but every other time we’ve been told there’s just a delay. The text today said, we’re really sorry about your delay installing broadband and we’ve booked a new engineer for 13th November. Our order was Superfast fibre unlimited

    How do @BTCare always f*ck up? Dec 2017 - I request a home move Apr 2018 - They f*ck up home move & create new account Aug 2018 - They remove new account and issues. Sept 18th 2018 - Told @btsport will be working again in up to 24 hours. Today - still no BT Sport.

    @BTCare no internet for most of the day. Phone call resolved problem for 1 hour but then router going round in a loop of various coloured flashing lights. Another call and was promised it would be fixed in 20 minuets. Lies.
