@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

@bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

@bt_uk I don’t recommend @bt_uk I have wait 2 weeks for the activation broadband, It was supposed to be on 10th Monday and today they said that I have to wait till 14th Friday to fix the problem. It’s crazy to wait all this time. I have called them every day. So bad 3 weeks of waiting

@bt_uk if you look I checked on your own website. my hub is also years out of date, when engineer came to update wiring years ago he ordered new hub, I never got one, when I queried it, told I’d have to pay, I told them to stick it, not paying for kit when prices are already so high! 😡

@bt_uk failed appointment no equipment arrived resulting in disabled lady living alone with no means of communication! BT think it is acceptable to leave this situation for 14 days! Takes BT customer compliant so to call back in 3 days! When no phone line is available!

@bt_uk If you’re able to provide halo on non-fibre lines why am I being made to pay fibre prices? Being charged for something I’ve never had is mis-selling & fraudulent on BT’s part! I see a large refund claim & apology from BT in your not too distant future! @BBCWatchdog care to help?

Day 70 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT
