    @bt_uk The company of Broken Truths, that's obviously what their initials stand for! Lie after lie after lie. Cancelled appointments, estimated repair date being pushed back further and further, broken promises to call back and excuses why our line hasn't been fixed sooner.

    @CraigWood_ @btsport Ah bad luck. A lot of their plans include it on small screen with an £8 upgrade to use it on your TV. Most don’t know it though

    Just phoned to cancel my @btsport subscription that over the years has crept up from £20 to over £35 per month and was immediately offered a reduced rate of £20 pm !!! @MartinSLewis I cancelled anyway

    As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

    I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

    @bt_uk Hi! Not sure you can help, but maybe point me in the right direction, please. Ever since BT changed the email system, mine keeps crashing, takes ages to load & to file emails. It’s unacceptable.

    All season ticket holders should have access to watch their teams home games in my opinion. Poor effort from @premierleague @skysports and @btsport. And yes I know they don’t give a ****!

    Hey @bt_uk super dissatisfied with poor customer services... not only have we had 5 engineers out over the past 8 months trying to fix issues with our broadband that cuts out continuously and never holds out the guaranteed speeds,

    I am furious with @BTCare. They changed our phone lines to internet and now we have no phone. I’ve rung them and despite spending a long time being explained to I’m 70 yrs and cant understand, they won’t send an engineer because it’s an inside problem.

    @bt_uk Dem Timez When... You've been on hold for 15mins, taking for 10 mins, told you'll be put on hold and am INSTANTLY disconnected. No call back. C'mon BT...please do better. You're charging me TWICE for the same service, I think I'm entitled to complain. #HelpPlease

    @thatwullybee @bt_uk Its like it every time it rains mate, I don't think they have a roof on their exchange ;) started last night as I had a guy in my sights too I shot he tp'd . the speeds showing arent representative either...it feels much much worse because its so unstable

    @bt_uk This has been escalated 5 times - no results. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach is saying another appointment is needed - for what?? Neighbour downstairs in the same house got his internet up and running - why not me? Why does NOBODY want to put this issue to bad?

    Abysmal level of service from @bt_uk. Been without WiFi for nearly two months and no closer to a solution. Have taken 3 days off work and still not had a solution to the problem. Connecting people? The only people I'm being connected to are @SkyHelpTeam
