@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk Hi Kevin u can assure the issue is still there, two days without service is not great. Resetting hand set does not fix the problem, there a few of us with bt and we sim and all have same issue

@bt_uk I felt too polite to point out the first reply hardly solved my issue, which was clearly signposted but not resolved. Listed the same options to watch that weren't adequate before. MacBook should be an option. Not everyone has multiple devices to pick from.

@btsport @btsportfootball every single week, a message comes up, can't play a channel because to many streams playing at once, I KNOW only 1 trying to be played, you MUST be the worst sports streaming service EVER, whole country complaining about it online yet you do NOTHING!
