  @Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

  @bt_uk @7dl___ My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_Support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help.
