First day of new @bt_uk fibre and we suffer a loss of signal. Luckily BT are sending a WiFi Mini Hub and an engineer tomorrow. One day we'll have fully functioning WiFi at a good speed 🙄

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

@bt_uk Why would I waste my time talking to your loyalty team. @bt_uk show no loyalty to anyone. The service we receive is appalling and the “hopefully soon” excuse has been the same for numerous years. How can over £40 a month be acceptable for a service that is so poor! #useless
