@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

So after 3 calls to @bt_uk to resolve a problem, a complaint was raised on my behalf. Today I got a text to say they'd call me between 5pm-7pm to discuss it. So, I made sure I had my phone with me but I don't think I even need to say what happened... #Useless

@bt_uk I hope so. I really do. Its been a total nightmare..and if the cause of our issue is that a cable has been chopped/disturbed due to trimming ivy on Wednesday it surely could have been fixed earlier

@bt_uk I got a call from a mobile number saying their from BT and wanted to discuss the service you provide me. 1) whys a mobile number 2) there isn't a 2 but he started mumbling about special offers before I disconnected is this a legitimate call or was I correct to disconnect
