@bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

@Ofcom @bt_uk Why do cancellation fees apply if a person has moved house? They don't apply for any other services. Why is BT allowed to get away with this practice? The new house does not have a BT phoneline. They don't provide service to that address.

@bt_uk Ello, some guy came to fix someone’s WiFi over the road, went up the pole sorted some wires - our internet went off for 5 minutes and we’ve gone from 65 down and 20 upload to 6 down 6 up... 😒 whats happening.

Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2
