@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

Depending on the time it was collected would affect when you would receive it. BT can you confirm when parcelforce collected the ps5s?

Four support chat sessions, 2 scheduled engineer visits (with no one coming over), @bt_uk is still unable to provide broadband connection to my flat in the middle of London. It has been 8 days and counting. Anyone have a broadband provider recommendation other than BT?
