    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    Hey @bt_uk super dissatisfied with poor customer services... not only have we had 5 engineers out over the past 8 months trying to fix issues with our broadband that cuts out continuously and never holds out the guaranteed speeds,

    @bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

    @bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @SaintRobinho86 @SkySports @btsport The issue is that Spurs have already played Norwich in a friendly, so have already been in contact. The Norwich player won’t play against you so it doesn’t matter

    @bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

    @bt_uk Tens of thousands of pictures organised into folders. Works ok via website and windows 10 app (though slow); get this error on iPhone. Sometimes I get to see a small number of my files (but never them all), but always comes back to this.

    @bt_uk Had BT here on the 4th installing my broadband and phone. Unfortunately, by the time they left i had no broadband or phone connection.. its now the 9th and I still don't have Broadband and they say it will only be sorted by the 12th.. hiw am I supposed to work? Shocking service.

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Surely selling us Digital voice with our new FTTP line (transferring from Plusnet) then giving us a new number/not being able to transfer our number from Plusnet because of porting issues.. and then putting a new random number on our old copper is false advertising?

    @bt_uk We were told that an engineer was coming to fix our broadband between 08:00 and 13:00. It is now 14:00 and no one has come or even contacted us to say they will be late. Is there a number we can call to see if anyone is coming?

    @bt_uk Absolutely appalled by your service. Persuaded to upgrade our work system to Voice Cloud in January. Constant faults, currently without office phones or broadband and no engineer before next Monday. Business can’t operate and the response is a shrug of the shoulders.

    @Little_G2 @bt_uk @openreach Our village has poor BT infrastructure. Vodafone quoted 1/2 price. BT then ran ads for the same price "nationwide" but when I called our postcode was "excluded" from the offer. They obviously wanted other companies to pick up the troublesome areas.

    @bt_uk I've been a loyal customer for years, and was happy willing to stick with BT. However, customer service goes a long way for me. Not happy at all!
