Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
