It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

@bt_uk Hi there, have you had issues with your e-mail systems over the past 24 hours as I've seen no new e-mails at all, despite making several purchases which would result in paypal notifications in that period? Even on webmail there is a 24 hour gap in any e-mail activity!

I have read that the UK has one of the worst broadband speeds in Europe and cant even get into the top 40 list worldwide .Likes of @virginmedia and @bt_uk who offer gigabit capabilities are too expensive and what they offer isn't even consistent and the UK regulator knows it.

@bt_uk really disappointed with service! Tel no. cancelled as moved address back in February but money kept coming out of account. Whilst got a refund further money was taken out in 5 May. Phoned up and was told would get refund via cheque in post - still waiting! I want answers!

Did I get this right @btsport - when @BristolBears lost a prop they were going to go down to uncontested arums due to no fit prop, even thou he came off as tactical sub but when told they’d lose a 14th player as well a prop became fit? #smellslike 💩

@BelialBoy @bt_uk Sky have diagnosed it as a problem outside the home and when I left for work a BT engineer was working on the pole outside my house to give internet to my new neighbours. It can’t be a coincidence!

@bt_uk @rioferdy5 @LiamJPalmer Its only going to work if your provider is BT, and someone at BT is monitoring your social network comments, and someone at BT has the ***** to ban people from those social medias, or cancels their access to the internet. Its not going to work!
