Why can’t you watch the football recorded on virgin box on the iPad when finished when it’s @btsportfootball / @btsport but can if it was on skypsorts ? Help @virginmedia ??

@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

It's bad enough that the broadband has gone down but now the mini hub is playing up and cutting out randomly🙈 and most of our neighbours are also with @BTCare so it's not even like we can share wifi to keep the kids occupied😭 praying this is fixed before Monday 🙏🏻😭

@bt_uk MSO of Openreach in Ealing Broadway - have been told to connect to BT Wi-Fi service... but I can't in my household. Apparently problem will take until 29th (!) to fix? And no guarantee of compensation on the bill? Please help... this is making WFH impossible...
