BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough
