@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

@bt_uk Why settle for anyone else ? Because after several calls and engineer visits you still can’t sort out a decent wi fi service in our small bungalow, but are quick to remind me of the financial penalties should I decide to leave and settle for someone else.
