@bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

@bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

@btsport can your software engineers to fix a bug? If you’re watching a game a little behind live, once that normal program ends, the streaming you’re watching resets to the beginning. Then it’s a battle of trying to skip to where you were without seeing the little goal icons
