    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    Disgraceful service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach, @OpenreachHelp leaving my vulnerable 87 and 80 year old parents without a phone and internet connection for 5 weeks now!!! Promise after promise of a connection and still nothing after numerous phone calls. #bt_uk #openreach

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @bt_uk Just need to reiterate that this definitely didn’t happen. He doesn’t even use the phone (because it doesn’t work) so why would he block your customer support number through it? Bizarre thing to say

    @bt_uk is there a problem with your service in the Aberdare area? My parents’ internet is not working, as well as their phones. They don’t have any mobile signal to be able to use your website to resolve the issue or report a problem.

    @bt_uk so after moving into a new house in March we have had continuous connection issues. We were told a few weeks ago we could finally have fibre broadband. A date was set for 25th aug. Then changed to 1st sept, without consultation. 1/2

    Another day, another poor excuse of customer support from @bt_uk. KPI for repairs is 48 hours - we are now 13 days without internet. No support or alternate provision particularly as we have an SEND child.

    @bt_uk then last week it was cancelled completely & we were back to a speed 0.53 mbps. My husband @BCambridgeEdit works from home & it’s virtually impossible for him 2 do so. Now we have 2 wait till 13th sept.The service is absolutely shocking. What are u going 2 do about it?2/2

    @bt_uk pls can you help me! Im getting the speed you promised me but it’s not good enough to stream programmes. I can’t make it more then a few mins into a programme with it buffering. Engineers already been out and changed filters etc but problem remains.
