@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

@bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

I have been a @bt_uk customer for 9 years. I called up in 2021 as I was paying £55 for broadband alone. I questioned why as I’ve never had a tv box that I could record tv on. The advisor laughed and said we don’t even produce the box that you have anymore.

So he goes on @bt_uk well we can ‘upgrade you’ but that will be extra as you know your in contract, with a box that went out of date 5 years ago. (When this is standard ******* product given to every NEW customer for a cheaper price). Yet I had to ‘upgrade to it’
