. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Can't believe the poor service from @bt_uk BT TV box broke sent two replacements so far and both have failed, one after a week and one out of the box. Now they won't send anything until I have waited best part of a week for an engineer to visit. #Furious #Avoid
