Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

One main hub and one that goes in the back of his and is used to connect to open zone (I assume) if his home internet goes down. I was told that I had guaranteed internet if there ever was a problem and assumed that's how it works?!?!
