. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

@bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Disgraceful service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach, @OpenreachHelp leaving my vulnerable 87 and 80 year old parents without a phone and internet connection for 5 weeks now!!! Promise after promise of a connection and still nothing after numerous phone calls. #bt_uk #openreach

@bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

@bt_uk an @WeAreOpenreach are so frustrating I’m going to try to sign up for starlink I’ll probably get the service quicker. fibre was installed 2 weeks ago but they damaged the fibre line. They tried to fix it yesterday but couldn’t so there going to try again in another 2 weeks

@bt_uk the irony is I upgraded to Halo2 first week of January and was promised an engineer who didn’t arrive, again 2nd date given no show, 3rd date cancelled but not informed but when called told no OpenReach working - Covid!! But turned up and resolved the issues I didn’t have.

@bt_uk are you having issues in the isleworth/Twickenham area? Broadband pants for last 2 days, wfh and the system is super unreliable. Keeps disconnecting. It's definitely BB as the smart TV and mobile die too.
