Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
