There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
