The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
