@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

@bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."

@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

@bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

@bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

@bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

@bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

@bt_uk hi. Having subscription channel issues on the BT TV package I’ve recently upgraded too via the employee intranet. It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.

@bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

@bt_uk Hi, Reported a fault 4.6, you said engineer would arrive 9.6, he duly arrived, could not fix fault, said it needed openreach but could not contact them, I've just tried and you are too busy doing something to answer calls, hope u are too busy to take my monthly payment

absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk. I'm left with no service thanks to the failure of BT advisors who allowed my services to be cancelled even though i called them on 29/05 to advise them i placed no order to leave. 04/06 and BT still allowed my services to be cancelled!

@bt_uk in My BT, when I update 'how you receive your bill' to go 'online only', nothing happens. When I go back to the setting it's reverted to 'post only'. I've tried this in multiple browsers and devices. And now I've been charged because of it. Please help.

@bt_uk just had email saying entrainment will change on package losing fox HD and discovery Channel HD and gaining kid channels which we no longer have kids in household so worthless I watch mainly the 2 channels fox and discovery can I cancel mid contract because of changes
