The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

BT's customer service is very unhelpful and seem to communicate with the technical team by messages and said they couldn't redirect my call. When I eventually got through to the technical team even they had to escalate it up- no idea to whom!

Ed Roast (@Spitroast2006) reported@bt_uk when can someone sort my WiFi issue? Engineer finally came out today (only 18 months waiting) and he said "speed to router is fine, must be the WiFi. I can't help with that". Then left???
