    @mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad

    @bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."

    @bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

    @bt_uk your online chat on your app is useless. Kept getting connected and 6+ times got chat ended. Guess my question / problem is too difficult for them?

    If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

    @bt_uk hi. Having subscription channel issues on the BT TV package I’ve recently upgraded too via the employee intranet. It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.

    @bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

    @bt_uk I’m disgusted with everything that’s happened since I upgraded some of my services on 1/7. Are you *************** out of me on purpose? Embarrassed to be part of BT group. You look at my predicted bill and tell me you’ve not got me over a barrel with my pants down.

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

    @bt_uk The issue has returned, however only terrestrial channels. Our signal strength shows as weak, but it has never done so before. We only had the aerial installed a few months ago as our property is a new build.

    Why is @SkyBroadbandd do crap in bungalows mini boxes fail every night it’s rubbish I moved from @bt_uk cuz they were nonsense can’t seem to get boosters without a fortune! Yet they will want me to #skyglass. Disappointed n no one calls replies 2disabled adults relie on service

    Whatever the "unstable broadband" checking process from the @bt_uk website does it doesn't work unless your broadband is off when of course the web-site will not work

    @BTCare can you please tell me if there are still issues with emails? Despite resetting passwords, I randomly am not able to send emails from my account, and then don’t receive some incoming ones. Pretty shocking.

    @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk can you resolve my lack of broadband - this is the start of week 11 and there appears to be no progress and no plan? You both have great websites promoting excellent service but the reality is #incompetence #passingthebuck so @OmbudServices can help??

    And literally 2’min later @bt_uk the perfectly ‘we didn’t find a fault’ internet goes down. If it was your hub surely we would never get broadband but we do then we don’t then we do……. Repeat ad nauseum

    @agittner @bt_uk I always use an Independent one. When I had issues with BT their one always said things were hunky dory. Lies.
