Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.
