Will never use them again.

Gillian Harrison (@Gharri74) reported from Parwich, England@bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandIf you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. -

James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandIf it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. -
John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk Incorrect. Tried but the same useless system. Finally successful by using option to leave BT. Straight through to a human being, strange how loss of customers is more important than giving good service.
-
Andy250 (@Ministryofmess) reported@bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.
-
tha Movement Noize Production (@JumaMhlanga) reported28+ days waiting for broadband from BT. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService
-
Steve Taylor (@stevetaylor10) reportedI have to say if I gave my customers the same service that I'm receiving from @bt_uk I really would not have a business left.
-
Sharon&Mark (@sharon_railton) reported@bt_uk I got a call from Chris just after 8pm,basically everyone I spoke with at BT said it wasn’t their problem and that you outsource all your work to open reach,so take it up with them! I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting
-
Martin (@WASNAPPER) reported@bt_uk At the third stroke I will have been sitting listening to your terrible music on hold for more time than is bearable. In the meantime my 85 year old mother is still without a useable landline, is 4 weeks acceptable to you?
-
Sir Rob the skiving. #LBFB (@scruffiness) reported@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare , Our broadband is out, I can’t raise a fault through your website, and I can’t find a phone number to ring. Why do you think this service is worth over a £100pcm?!
-
noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported@bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!
-
Welsh1 (@D1Bluebird) reported@bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
