    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    I cannot believe the appalling service by @bt_uk with regards to my broadband. Not only have you incorrectly set up an additional account, you failed to make me aware and have subsequently allowed debt collectors to approach me after YOUR own admin error.

    @bt_uk This still hasn’t been sorted. We’ve now had 3 appointments booked to speak about this, first 2 you never bothered to call and despite requesting multiple times that you call BOTH numbers on the account you only called 1. Our list of complaints is getting longer the more u avoid

    @bt_uk promised myself and my sister broadband activation on 22 March. They have now sent an email saying it will be activated on 7 April, w/ no explanation why. We are both students who need internet access to study. Is this the “excellent customer service” you claim to offer?
