John Simpson (@JPSimpson88) reported from Worksop, England@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

Roy Elmer (@RoystonElmer) reported@bt_uk so, after complaining about our internet speed, and having Openreach out twice, we were told by the engineer that we share our connection / bandwidth with a house down the road. We pay for 40Mb, we assume they do too. We both get 20. Doesn't feel legit.
