Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
