@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

@bt_uk problem with the line and . So no broadband or phone . So we phone British telecom only to speak to someone that’s not British and can’t understand. British telecom sort yourselves out . And hire people we can understand with out making us frustrated

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk 's claim of unbreakable Internet is complete BS as it takes a few minutes for it to switch to the 4G service. However, it is a service they need to offer due to the awful reliability of their broadband which drops out at least once a day
