@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

@bt_uk new phone ordered. Got my partner a new phone and tablet with BT Mobile which have been perfect so decided to treat myself (it's nearly Christmas afterall) only downside is you're not doing the free gift cards anymore 😪. Roll on weds when BT Halo is installed! Thanks guys

@bt_uk Been trying to leave my broadband contract for weeks and agreed to pay the £500+ cancellation fee even though I've had poor service but they still didn't want me to leave. None of my complaints/calls had been documented and the most recent one was closed with no resolve.

@bt_uk Well you’re talking the piss. I’ve had three engineers out and my Wi-fi is still dreadful with none of them seemingly capable of fixing it properly. Solution no 3 is a new router (which I suggested first time round). My ‘complaint’ has been unilaterally closed twice so far...
