@bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@premierleague How do Amazon Prime Video get allocated PL games? Poor quality pictures and live delay of almost a minute. We don’t get this with @SkySportsPL or @btsport. We are paying for a poor quality service - its not good enough. 🤬
