Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

When I questioned it they said "there were issues with installing the line so we had to charge you more" and I said "no there wasn't?" and they said "oh ok sry"

I have Halo but no mention of 4G hub from you. Am I meant to have one on standby or do you courier for each fault?
